First time here it was 8.15 they close at 9:00 pm, the female employee I added her picture was like on steroid she was very aggressive in rushing trying to clean up and go home, so she did treat me like a number I don’t know maybe because I didn’t want the ham and I asked for turkey on my Italian sandwich. So as I was watching how to make the sandwich I went to the cooler to grab me a drink when I came back I picked up a sandwich she already put all the toppings and she loaded that red pepper sauce on my sandwich that’s all I could tast.e I was so hungry I ate the sandwich didn’t realize I did not taste the Italian sub until I finish the sandwich I just tasted the red spicy pepper. I had spoken to her but she wasn’t backing down I just told her if she would ask the customer how much red pepper should I put maybe one small spoon maybe two but not spread it all over the bread. But she was defensive and she insisted that she’s right instead of saying okay I will do that next time.

They were busy with a few orders today but handled like Champs. People stepped in to help newer associates learn the ropes. It was nice to see. The food is great as always. Got a regular Italian and regular chicken cheese steak Mike’s way. I recommend grabbing a sandwich today. All freshly cut and cooked. Way to go.

If you go when it’s busy, the service goes down. They rush you through while they try to do everything fast and forget what you literally just told them about your sandwich.
Also, Tip: tell them you want it Togo otherwise they will charge you more to eat in.
This is a good location. And the store is clean. Jersey Mikes is in my top 3 of sub shops. If they had more options for ingredients, and they subs weren’t priced so high I would enjoy it more.

First time here, female employee was so rude and then get super mad at me when I asked her to put the sandwiches separately as I got the same sandwich as my coworker and they are busy so I went ahead and got the same sandwich to make it easier for them And at the time I asked them to be separately and then when I asked instead of her being friendly doing it, she put on a tantrum, handed me the paper to wrap it up witness it here you do it and I was like huh and then she just kept talking bad about me That’s really great customer service right there maybe if they listen. When I explain when I place the order that I wanted them bagged separately then this all could be avoided

Hands down the best Jersey Mike’s. The restaurant is always clean…the staff is not only friendly, they are fast, accurate & just nice! I go out of my way to go to this particular shop!!! I have 2 closer, but not as good!

Great customer service. Friendly staff with a great attitude. Soda machine was acting up and the employee promptly righted the situation. They even had offered canned replacements of our fountain drinks! Friendly conversation and very polite.
