I ordered my food with 30-40 minutes in advance. I get here and food is not ready, they are rude and dismissed me, she still told me 10 minutes until my order is ready. Why can you even order ahead if it won’t be ready! My daughter and I will be late to our appointment because of this or my daughter won’t have time to eat. Never coming to this Jersey Mike’s again.

My 2nd time visiting and I am disappointed. The fridge wasn’t working when I came and the staff didn’t look happy to be there. I paid $14 for a sandwich and it didn’t even fill me, definitely not getting your money’s worth in comparison to other quick service restaurants. Not coming back.

We showed up at 8pm, the grill and the soda machine were both shut down, and they close at 9. The service was very poor, and it looked like no one working there cared about anything AT ALL! The only thing they cared about assisting me with was how to enter their tip while running my card.

Today one of the owners cooked me an additional sub, because the first one was on the wrong bread. I was able to articulate the lack of customer service, I received from three employees, just during today’s visit. He offered to make me another sandwich, even before he heard my customer service concerns. You literally can visually tell the difference between the two sandwiches. One was made with care, one was not. Customer Service does matter.

Great place with very friendly staff that will prepare you wonderful tasting Subs with fresh ingredients at very reasonable prices… they also honor those who give their time and service to help and protect others like firefighters, EMT’s, police officers, etc with additional discounts on their regular prices… overall an excellent place to eat a good Sub!!!
