I wanted give them five stars.jersey mikes has never disappointed but when it comes to food allergies it’s not an exception. I ordered a club sub mikes way and they accidentally put avocado( I am allergic) in my sandwich thankfully I checked my sandwich to see if all was okay before eating it because it’s happened at other food places and of course there was mushed avocado inside but luckily it was under the bacon on the top pieces of both breads and I just took them off and took off anything that had it on there and mushed both bottom pieces together but it was messy and I was pretty bummed because I was most excited about the bacon but yah .

Food is always great but some of the employees need to work on their customer service. Instead of asking if you’re ready to order they just stare at you awkwardly leaving you guessing when they’re ready to take your order. No friendly welcome and they make you feel like an inconvenience to serve with their sour faces, apathetic tones, and unapproachable demeanor. As a food service worker myself I understand having bad days but your atittude towards customers represents the company you work for. Do better.

First of all, those guys that work there are very nice. They made me feel at home. I know it’s a sandwich place but I truly felt that way.
The sandwiches are so fresh I wanted to keep eating even when I was full. This place is great and I’ll be dropping by again soon. Ordered the # 9 with salami and avocado minus the bacon.

Celiac friendly. I’m very cautious of where I order for my son. This place has been by far the best. I went in today for a GF sub for a celiac and they did an amazing job at not only making sure it was safe to prepare the sub but also used ingredients from the back to avoid cross contamination. Super grateful to the staff who helped us today and knew what Celiac was. Thanks again you guys!

I love the sandwiches here and the customer service is overall very good. My only small issue is there is this guy in the afternoons that usually does the deli/bread prep and everything that comes out of his mouth is a joke. It can pretty annoying sometimes and although i can deal with him, if they get a real prude one day he might get in trouble for his mouth.

When I went in the evening at about 6pm service was extremely slow. There were 2 young ladies working at that time and we were the only customers in line. It seems like they were occupied filling online orders. Which I understand but what about the real life people in the shop.
Granted while the wait time was substantial the sandwich was good. The young lady that finally assisted us did apologize for the wait… which I appreciate but still doesn’t make up for it.

Sandwiches were made spot on (even though they try to cover the window so you can no longer see them make your sandwich) … Always check your points, they forgot to apply mine & forgot my brownie! Good thing I checked before I left

Delicious sandwiches but pricey. A lot better than subway and they cut their meat fresh. Hot sandwiches are made to order. Suggest ordering online as they get busy during lunch hours.
