Ordered #17 white bread
They gave me rosemary parmesarn bread because they ran out of white. Should have called, I would’ve chosen wheat because thats what I’d rather have. $24 wasted. So annoyed. Will definitely use a different location. The crew member on the phone…..best part of the experience because he spoke the truth. Phone # & Email were both available.

It’s too hot for hot food so we went with some nice cool sandwiches. Got a giant club Mike’s way and a regular Italian. Can’t forget the vanilla agave soda

Terrible customer service. From the moment I walked in the establishment I was not greeted with a welcome . The employees appeared tired , stressed out , or overwhelmed. The energy was not acceptable. My order was online takeout & was not properly prepared in time because when I entered there were no customers so why is my meal not ready ? Lastly , when my order was complete the employee did not ask for my confirmation email, she did have attitude, & I was not told thank you. This is why I only do online orders because whomever is the hiring manager clearly cannot see that they have staffed the wrong people . Many people chose online orders to avoid this type

My visit was great, the sandwich was wonderful and the servear was very personable. However, my brother went to this same location a couple of evenings later and when he came back home he said he’s never going back there again. Was first told they were out of bread, Had to wait for bread to finish baking, told him 10 minutes and when other customers came in they were also told 10 minutes for bread to finish baking. When it was time to make the sandwiches and my brother said he wanted the rosemary bread he was told they only had white. So, after waiting all that time and finding out only white bread was available he said he wanted one mini and one regular. Instead of starting to make the mini out of the freshly baked bread the person grabbed the stale piece of bread from the tray. My brother said he didn’t want the stale bread since he had waited all that time for fresh bread. Then there was some discussion about price. Anyway, he was very unhappy with his experience and chalked it up to it being close to closing, and poor management at that location. Too bad, because over the past 3 weeks we had visited this location at least 4 times.
