First time having jersey Mike’s, got a chicken Philly. Sandwich bread was warm very tasty (multigrain) chicken was tender, nice and hot, cheese onions and peppers were seasoned well. Will definitely be coming back, the three gentlemen working were welcoming and professional having the facility clean and organized. Overall this experience was a solid 8/10.

I came in at 7:05 today (11/15/25) to order 2 sandwiches a hot sub and a regular Italian. I’ve come to this location before at the same time and have asked if I can have my sandwich on the grill and the girl is always so sweet and always helps me with my order. Today I came in it was a guy with long hair and I was told “I can’t do that because half of the grill is closed already” this location closes at 9pm how is it that they are closing half the grill already? I’ve worked at Jersey Mikes myself and we didn’t close the grill until 45min before the store was closed. The guy seemed annoyed. He didn’t even offer any solution like “I can out yours on the grill after I make your hot sub”, nothing. I will definitely not be coming back here

This outlet located inside Montebello Mix strip mall offers very nice selection of sub sandwiches that are high quality in a clean environment. As the ingredients are fresh and the bread usually fresh, these sandwiches are tasty. Perhaps the only draw back is the prices are not cheap if you buy drinks and chips with the sandwich.

It may have been a bad day but it was the worst sandwich I had from here. I always ask for extra lettuce but there were less lettuce than the Subway and the meat seemed to have shrunk by half. Usually their sandwiches are thick and very appetizing but last two times it was very thin to a point that it was flat and tasteless. I now drive extra to Monterey park because I don’t trust this location. Employees were very friendly but the person who made this sandwich needs to seek another job

The worst the two girl that helped me today were horrible, will not go back, my daughter had an accident in the bathroom and one of them laughed at her once I told them about it, my daughter is 4yrs old. Also they made my sandwich mikes way but forgot the onions once I saw this and told one of them they argued with me that they did once she opened the sandwich she saw that there indeed was no onions. No apology received.

The guy with the long hair was very rude! He was getting frustrated and making sarcasm comments. Clearly he is unhappy where he works. You need to replace him with someone who is willing to provide exceptional service because we did not get that at all with him.

Came here for the first time on 04/17/2024. Never been to a jersey mikes. They play a good mix of music. Great Philly steak sandwich! Great service! Worker apologized for the slight hold up! All good youngster came through! Will definitely come back!

Ordered my regular sandwich “Mikes Way” to go. When I got to my destination in another city and to a bite of my sandwich it was very salty. I took another bite and it got worse. The sandwich was inedible. I phoned the establishment on Montebello @ Beverly. After explaining to the issue to the manager (an older gentleman) he wanted me to return to the store with my sandwich. I told him I was busy and far away for the rest of the evening and if he can please replace my sandwich another day. I told him the over salting was probably an accident, and he insisted it wasn’t and that his worker followed the guidelines. This kind of attitude with a paying customer is unexceptable and unwarranted. I was speaking to him in a very respectful manner. Needless to say I threw my sandwich away.

Friendly staff is quick and efficient. I ordered the California Club on wheat bread online and was pleased to see it ready to go when I walked in a couple minutes later.
They added jalapeños as requested, and since it was Mike’s Way it wasn’t loaded with condiments… this is usually not how I have a sub, but wow, I think this was the tastiest healthy sub I’ve ever had. No, bacon isn’t healthy, but this time it felt like it was!
Bonus: they sliced the Turkey extra thin so the layered presentation ended up creating a texture like a jerked meat, and that really added to the bang of the sandwich. You could tell the quality of everything is indeed ABOVE the fast food level.
