Pretty bad service today. Ordered 7pm. Got there 7:35pm. Waited til 7:48pm. Not only did they miss the order. They prioritized everyone in the line first. Heard the guy ask someone else and saw that the girl missed the order. Pretty horrible. What’s horrible is that they knew and I heard and watched and didn’t do anything about it. I waited for everyone in line first to get their order. This is why I’m giving a 1 star and filing a complaint. I hardly give bad ratings and file a complaint but when I do. They deserve it.

Would rate zero if that was possible. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Asked for juices on the side, which the girl who helped me was half ass about. Threw the containers in the bag, and when I went to work, all the oil had leaked in the bag. Ruined my car seat. Called th store they won’t take responsibility for it.

There is something special about watching someone make your sandwich with fresh ingredients and freshly sliced coldcuts. I’m not as taken by the process as Danny DeVito but I appreciate the effort. The store is neat and clean, the staff are very accommodating.

I used to love this place. Some of the best sandwiches around. Would even look for them for lunch working as an unlicensed contractor.
Hadn’t been there in a few months, so I went yesterday…
Ordered (2) large big kahuna’s w/extra meat & a bottled tea… total was $62???
The basic sandwich starts at $20, extra meat was another $5.
It’s really sad because they make such a good sandwich. But at these prices, I don’t see how they can stay in business.
I will most likely not return, based on their pricing alone.

Went there on a Wednesday around lunch time. Mobile order was supposed to be ready at 1122am. Arrived and order was not ready. Maybe 5 people in line. I was told my order was next. As people slowly kept moving along the line and new customers filing in my order was not attended to. My order was not started and it was 1140am so I asked for my refund. Will not be coming back as I can see based on the pace and organization of the workers there how they get so backed up.

It’s 7:45 pm on a Sunday evening and they are all out of bread. Now it’s obvious that nobody was paying attention to making more bread long before they ran out Can you imagine if IN-N-OUT ran out of bread or meat for that matter. IN-N-OUT NEVER runs out of anything.
This is Very Poor Management and who suffers? The customer. This is like the newspaper running out of INK, it doesn’t happen but here at Jersey Mike’s we don’t get paid enough to plan ahead. Waste of time and fuel
