The original owners who were there, were the nicest people. Since they have gone, nothing is the same. The staff is unfriendly. They don’t speak to you, don’t smile, don’t talk to you at all. I gave them plenty of time to warm up to me over a year, and nothing. No thank you, have a good day, it’s like you have to beg them to serve you. Won’t be going there again. Quality of food not good and terrible service. What a shame we needed a good place to eat but not worth the disrespect they treat you with after giving the 2 years of patronage. Done with them.

I go there regularly. I got the pork with plantains. Everything was dry and I couldn’t finish the meal. How can you go wrong with the guerito. The plantains were burnt. I was disappointed . I’ll give it a break for awhile. I haven’t seen the original owners.

They pick and choose who they serve correctly. I got beat too many times I stop going there. The old guy that first served me when it first opened gave me my money worth. The slow girls that work there slow as hell and over charges you and give you half the portion the old man gives you.

When you looking at the food it looks good but omg it will tear your stomach up I been their twice within 20 minutes of eating my stomach was so crampy they give you good portions but the after math ain’t good I thought I was the only feeling like this but my employees feel the same way about this place they refuse to eat here

Great customer service. Staff friendly and food is very good! It is nice to have the Collado Restaurant in our neighborhood. Even potato salad is good & WE are funny about potato salad. I believe you will be satisfied.
