I just started working in the neighborhood and came for lunch on a Thursday 1:30pm. The worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered the Philly “giant” and it was skinnier than the Olson twins. Preparer did not ask me if I wanted anything else on my sandwich, I would have wanted Mayo and jalapeños but never offered. No upsell, no offer to enroll in rewards, didn’t even ask if I wanted a drink, or how I wanted my sandwich cut. Will not be back for a $20 waste of my lunch break, too many better options in the area.

Come here often as we live walking distance. This visit was horrible and it wasn’t busy. 2 folks already eating inside. My food didn’t even hit the grill until my girlfriend’s was already eaten. The staff looked through me and ignored me when I tried to ask to now get it to go. Nothing….I had to get the attention of the grill guy as they other 3 were completely ignoring me. Especially the two ladies working the register, although the young men were not great either. I’ll go to Big Mike’s on 190th from now on. They are great consistently.

Came in here after work very excited to have a sub. I used to work at a Jersey Mikes, so I know how things can get sometimes. There was a gentleman (i believe i overheard his name being dylan?) who was a bit rude towards multiple customers, using a bland tone with almost condescending language. The food is (like always) fantastic! However I know that’s not the way a JM’s employee should be treating customers. Especially when it is VERY slow, like when I went in. The other staff was very kind, might I add.

Came in today. They were understaffed. Yet they were polite, explained their situation and did their best. They were getting slammed with internet orders. Thomas, the lead, set a great example for the team. In spite of how busy they were, he helped the team. He gave great positive reinforcement to his team and kept everything calm. He has a great future as a corporate leader. They took the time to make everything correctly and it really didn’t take long.

Should hire more adults. These kids don’t get it. Depends on who is working. If your sandwich will turn out good, never perfect. And oil & vinegar only on the side unless you like real soggy wet bread. Grew up in jersey that’s not how it’s done in a real deli. Sorry Mike you should know. Or check on your stores.

Sorry for the small business review! I was shocked at the poor quality & quantity! We got about half of sub sandwich, paid $26 for two, including tip! They said they don’t do coupons either! My turkey sandwich, was wet and soggy, my granddaughter’s had hardly any vegetables!
