From the moment we walked in, the design of the restaurant set the tone — elegant, warm, and beautifully curated. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between upscale and inviting, with a vibe that feels both intimate and vibrant.
The service was truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly personable, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely made us feel special on such an important occasion.
And the food — simply outstanding. Every dish was thoughtfully presented, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with care and creativity. You can taste the quality in every bite.
Aviv made our anniversary celebration feel meaningful and memorable. We’ll definitely be back.
Borris, the sommelier, has any kind of wine you could want and if he doesn’t— You don’t know what you want.
The kitchen is running the best food at a cadence that beats a drive through pace. Truly a well oiled machine that skips nothing. The presentation to masterful flavor – this is how you do it. Chef
The oyster mushrooms, the only word to describe them was “abracadabra”. Magic. ✨Attention to detail and food allergens makes this the SAFEST place to take your loved ones out to. 2nd gluten free frier, this is the standard today. AVIV meets and exceeds this standard and embraces the needs of their patrons.
Drinks. Mon Dieu, Les beverages. They are taking you home tonight. That’s how good the drinks are. Arrange a car. There’s no reason to evade these libations.
Last, and probably should be first, world class service by the front of the house. They are informed and respectful of your comfort. Gratuitous service deserves paramount gratuity.
Absolutely the best of South Beach Miami, South Florida, Florida.
This is how you do it!!!
Aviv exceeded every expectation. I brought my mother and my cousin here to celebrate their birthdays, and from start to finish, everything about the experience was absolutely perfect. The restaurant itself is beautiful—warm, elegant, and welcoming—and the food was truly delicious, with every dish prepared flawlessly.
The atmosphere made the celebration feel extra special, and the overall experience was one we’ll remember for a long time. Aviv is the kind of place that turns a meal into a meaningful occasion. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding restaurant for a special celebration or an unforgettable night out.
I highly, highly, highly recommend this restaurant.
We ate the Moroccan cigars, which were fabulous, and not to be missed! And we also had the Turkish Kofte and swordfish!
Now that the glowing review is over, there’s only one fly in the ointment. The two young ladies who were hostesses and seating people couldn’t have been more unaccommodating as they tried to see us in the worst two possible seats in a wide open restaurant. And we had reservations and they knew it was a special occasion. They were not on par with the rest of the staff. But knowing how good the food is, and the service is, and the rare combination of being in a beautiful atmosphere, it is worth going to this restaurant and getting any seat you can get.
The short rib was very dry. For the price, it should have been a well marbled piece of meat. The sauce lacked flavor.
The everything trout was also dry (maybe overcooked?).
The mushroom hummus was decent, but I’ve had better in Tel Aviv at much less fancy places.
The sorbet was nicely flavored. The guava flavor stands out. The brown butter ice cream was too subtle.
I have to believe that maybe the kitchen just poorly cooked our food. I don’t know. But, the restaurant doesn’t seem very full, and that might be an indication of the overall quality.
Solomonov is a talented chef. If he saw what I was served (for the price), I think he would fly to Miami to fix whatever is going on.
