This location has been my go to ever since they opened in the Albertsons plaza as they are so close to me in Mountains Edge. They had a brief period where things were a little chaotic and issues with delivery orders per having constant turnover and new employees but now are back on track in having an amazing team again just like when they first opened when they were literelly the best location I had tried in Vegas feeling like a family spot per how kind and welcoming everyone was. This location has a great owner and equally awesome manager now named Mike who has gone above and beyond in customer service and care in my recent interactions with him which I truly appreciated. They definitely set the standard here being back to their full glory. Thank you from a long time customer as no other sandwiches compare in town per the quality ingredients!

I gotta say I’m really happy they put Jersey mikes by my house because they make a great Philly steak. Got that and the chicken bacon club. They have buy one giant sub get one for 5 bucks which I thought was a great deal. The staff was really friendly and kind.

The is the best Jersey Mike’s we have ever been. Super fast to order, and super friendly staff. The girl making our sandwich is the best. I believe her name is Shanta or something similar. I lost the paper she wrote her name down on. Anyways, she really knows how to make the perfect sandwich. We ordered the Giant #6. So good. We definitely are going back today for 4 more subs! Keep up the great work!!!!

They’re a chain so you know what you’re getting. The sandwiches are usually pretty good and the prices are on par with similar offerings. The restaurant is the standard for this chain and the service was good. Nothing really noteable beyond all of that. The primary feature of chains like jersey Mike’s is consistency. You know what you’re getting and you usually get it. Sometimes there’s an above and beyond experience but that’s an unexpected, pleasant surprise when it happens.By and large, I can walk into a Jersey Mike’s in Seattle or Las Vegas and no exactly what I’m getting. That was my experience here and they lived up to it.

I will not be coming here at this location anymore. This used to be my go to spot for good subs and great service but it seems it’s just certain individuals that will give you good service and honor coupons that we customers receive. I come here and tip all the time $5 or more for not even 2 minutes of a person making a sandwich for you because I am in the industry and I know they deserve something but remember what you put out into the universe is what you’ll get back. I asked a young lady a question about a marketing coupon that we customers get all the time from emails? She said she doesn’t know and she doesn’t do coupons. Mind you I come here a lot it’s not about pricing it’s about taking advantage of coupons if we can and service we receive especially if it’s a place you come to all the time in the neighborhood, So I just said forget it.. but I asked another employee it seems she’s the manager and I know she would recognize me because I come here a lot. I asked hey you remember right? How do I take advantage of the coupon? She said that it’s more for a different location because they need more business but this location can honor it. So knowing that I’m asking questions about my coupon I received she didn’t even bother asking if I wanted to use it at their location, like it was a bother to them or something or like their going to get in trouble if they honor a coupon for Jersey mikes at blue diamond and buffalo. I asked why doesn’t the email say it’s for a certain location then? She said she doesn’t have a answer? that’s why this location will not get my business anymore good bye blue diamond and buffalo location. So anyone reading this and if you want to use a coupon just remember it’s a matter of the individual your dealing with to get the service you all deserve if they will honor a simple coupon and get seamless great consistent service.

I first tried Jersey Mikes last week and I have been here three times since! The quality of these sandwiches beats any other sandwich place out there, the cleanliness and efficiency of this staff makes it a reliable lunch spot, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff and franchise owner will turn this place into my go to for as long as I love sandwiches. I highly recommend the original Italian :,)!

I got a sandwich here a little over a month ago and it was exactly what I was craving. George, Frank, and Cisco were friendly, the store was clean and inviting. Ordering Mike’s Way and then customizing it from there makes the whole process so smooth and efficient. If you have limited time and want something fresh, I’d go here.
