Super Clean, Fast Service & My Go-To Tuna Sub Spot!
Stopped by the Jersey Mike’s in Avondale after my workout and had a really great experience. This location is one of the cleanest and most well-kept Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to in the area — everything from the counters to the restrooms was spotless.
I ordered my usual mini tuna sandwich “Mike’s Way”, and it was absolutely perfect — fresh bread, crisp veggies, and just the right amount of dressing. The staff here is friendly, quick, and attentive, and they got my order done fast without missing a detail.
There’s plenty of parking, and it’s conveniently located right next to a Starbucks, which makes it easy to grab a coffee afterward if you’d like to unwind. I’ve been to a few Jersey Mike’s around town, but this one definitely stands out for its cleanliness, great service, and consistent quality.
Highly recommend this location — I’ll definitely be coming back regularly! ✨

Put a online order in for 2 sandwiches. a giant, and regular sized sandwich. Order was at 8:30 pm kinda late I get it. Walked in and there was about 4-5 other people in line waiting to order. Was told they ran out of bread and couldn’t complete my order. I left with a note from one of the employees to bring back the next morning to request a refund. Went back and was told only store credit. Problem was I was leaving that day as I was only in town for a few days. Now I have to pay my corporate card back cause I went over my daily allowance cause I had to get something else to eat after not getting the sandwiches. I contacted corporate through email. Who supposedly contacted the franchise owner 3+ weeks ago but I’ve never heard anything back.

Put in my order at 11:02 for 11:21 pickup. I have been in the store since 11:19. It’s 11:53 and my bag sits empty.

Huge shoutout to the lady working at Jersey Mike’s today! The store was super busy, the rest of the staff was rude, and she was the only one actually stocking chips and sodas while still taking care of customers. Even with all that going on, she stayed incredibly sweet, professional, and patient the whole time. On top of that, she made the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had from Jersey Mike’s. Seriously—she deserves a raise and recognition. Absolute rockstar! Her name is Tiariah

I always go to this location since it is close to my work at first it was great but recently they just be doing whatever they want. You guys print out the tickets and still get it wrong. Can never get my husband his rosemary parmesano bread, they pick the bread they feel like. This time they picked whatever sub they felt like. Not close to what i wanted nor ordered. We stopped here since it was right next to starbucks and we were getting ready to head on the road outta town. I knew I should have listened to the little voice on my shoulder and passed up.
My husband and I ordered 2 regular subs and a kids meal ham sub for our son. My husband is basic so he had just cheese, meat. Mayo lettuce. I had cheese, meat, mayo with the Mike’s way plus mustard. What I got was a soggy overpowering sour sub that is inedible. The amount of mustard that was put on the sub was ridiculous then the boy making the sandwich proceeded to put the vinegar and doused, when I tell you the force that was coming out from the bottle onto my sub I literally had to say that is enough. He then proceeded to so the same with the oil. I was over it by that point and just told my husband to pay and I left to grab our coffees. Once I got to the car and attempted to eat it it dripped every where and was just so pungent from the mustard and vinegar. Then when I asked my husband where my sons cookie/chips and drink was he was like they didnt give me or tell me anything. Then I asked him for the receipt. He proceeded to say he didn’t get one either. At the end of the day, the boys working there were not personable, did not attempt to put any effort into building some type of rapport with the customer and ultimately failed the mission of what jersey Mike’s is serving. We definitely will not be back.

Service absolutely slow and horrible! More worried about cleaning and making ALL of the orders instead of each one individually. I arrived 30 minutes before my work shift with plenty of time and it took 25 minutes horrible attention to customer service.The girls slicing the meats has absolutely no attitude.Other than bad

Just ate the best Philly style cheese stake that reminds me of the East Coast Baltimore brands juicy & delicious. It had big strips of grilled flavorful beef, grilled onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, mushrooms & extra provolone cheese. Fresh off the grill.. omg & topped with their own brand sweet honey mustards sauce & yes mayo and OMG the flavors just send my mouth to the stars & back. Delicious!! . What I love the most is how they layered the beef on the 8-inch sandwich that with every bite, you had beef & veggies. It’s like eating artwork perfection. Lol A shout out to Emir order taker as he suggested that sandwich – “The Big Kahuna Chicken” I substitute for beef. Great customer service
The store is very clean & has a restroom & free parking. I love how the general mgr took time to wipe down the tables during slow periods even though there were other staff available kinda like that in mgmt it shows teamwork & humility.

This Jersey Mikes location is always on point, specifically the 2 ladies working tonight. They handled a wave of orders/customers efficiently and effectively while ensuring they always greeted each customer with a smile. This kind of customer service is what we need more of in those world. Management needs to have stay conversations with them before they get a better offer elsewhere.
