Jersey mikes is always going to be the best sub shop. That’s not why I’m here. I’m here to talk about the 3 people working the counter. I’m sad I didn’t get their names or else I would shout them out directly, but you know that feeling where you just KNOW someone loves their job? That’s the feeling all three of them gave. You walk in and you’re greeted immediately. There’s no awkward silence waiting for your sub and the attitude and service were top tier. Shop is clean and wonderful. Food is amazing as always.

As a Celiac I appreciate that they take so much care in making my sub as safe to eat as possible. They also don’t get upset when they have to clean up extra to keep cross contamination down. I appreciate this place. The staff and food are fantastic!

If it’s good enough for Danny Devito it’s worth a shot….. And I can say this is definitely a sub above I’m a very slow eater and I’m half way done with a giant in 10 minutes and want to eat the rest right now but then I’m without a sub. Place was spotless and staff was awesome and all on deck (unlike subway plus there definitely was no ants or dirty looks and I was in old pajamas and had just woken up ) a little pricey but no more than any other quality sub shop. Definitely will be a payday treat at least for now on……Plus a banana split from DQ right around the corner. This is what I imagine heaven to be like

Im so happy Jersey Mike’s moved in here, never visited the place that was here before. The cashier & 2 guys who made my sandwich were so friendly and seemed to enjoy working there… I wish they had name tags, so I could put their names. I visited Jan 23 around 1:30.pm, see who was on at that time & tell them “Good Job”

Wanted to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time. Definitely didn’t get the welcoming vibe or any help or information about the subs after I said I wanted a footlong. All of the guys took it offensively and was snippy twords me and my father. Quality of the sub was good but I felt like I would have maybe liked Jersey Mike’s a little more if the guys were a little more welcoming for first timers.

They take way too long to make my order every single time, and somehow every single time the order is wrong. I’m talking wrong bread, wrong toppings, not even toasted. Took an hour and 20 mins to make 2 subs, and it usually takes 40+ mins every time too. The employees are nice but I don’t have time to wait an hour for 2 subs. They must be prioritizing walk-ins over delivery orders because how on Earth does it take an hour and 20 mins even on a really busy night???
