Amazing chicken bacon ranch and chipotle chicken sandwich on the rosemary Parmesan bread so good! We went back to this location because NAEL DUKE makes amazing sandwiches we got the chipotle chicken 42 loaded with peppers mayo lettuce tomatoes and oil vinegar sauce black pepper and and banana peppers! Amazing! The best Jersey mike in the city!

Nael took great care of us for our catering take-out order, from the time we called to inquire through pick-up. Nael made us feel like valued customers, took time to answer all of our questions, and made good suggestions. This place is a whole vibe. The young man making the sandwich noticed the New Jersey devils hat turns out his dad was a big devils fan. Very personal vibe here from the two times I came here.
The food was made as expected and on point. And the restaurant is so well kept this is a textbook execution of a great franchise.
They also efficiently manage the online orders while dealing with the people in the store.

Once in a lifetime experience to meet such cool people. I think i wanna get married here. It’s so clean, the people (specifically Makoa and Brinn) are the nicest people you’ll ever meet, and the fooood. The food was so good I almost shed a tear. I will come here till I can’t chew anymore. 12/10 would recommend.

I went to this location for the second time today, and it was just as great as the first. The first time I came in, Ella was amazing, she was super enthusiastic and provided incredible service. You can tell she works hard, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s rare to have such a genuine experience, especially at a fast-food spot like Jersey Mike’s. This second visit was just as memorable. We just picked up our order, but the young men working were so kind. I didn’t catch their names, but they made such a great impression. You can tell they really care about making customers feel welcome. Much respect to them for their incredible service.

Always get stellar service and great sandwiches at JM’s At this particular location, the folks that work here provide first class service with a smile. They ask questions; they’re not robots. I don’t think I’ve ever had a time where I haven’t been asked how’s my day going or…does this sandwich look good to you before they wrap it?
Patrick “Patty” (night shift) and Ella (daytime) have always taken care of myself and friends. Tonight, Julian answered the phone and helped me with a (5) Giant sandwich order for tomorrow pickup. You could actually hear the smile in his voice. He was polite, energetic, and helpful. In a day and age where it’s hard to find good employees, this location has solid workers that give a damn.
