One of my favorite places for subs. Always get it Mikes Way, just makes something even better. Some pretty good options, not too many where it floods the menu board with too many sub choices. The service is really nice and usually will be a 5 star except the tip requirement when you pay. Anyplace where you have to order from a counter , seat yourself, clean up after yourself should never be a tip expectation .#notipfornoservice no atmosphere , just some seating with no real personality that makes it unique.

Disappointing Experience with Contaminated Product and Lack of Customer Service

I recently purchased a meal that included Gatorade from Jersey Mike’s, expecting the refreshing and quality beverage this brand is known for. Unfortunately, what I found inside was far from expected—a visible layer of mold and an unsettling white substance floating within the bottle. Concerned for my health and well-being, I immediately contacted the store to report this serious issue, hoping for a responsible and swift action.

To my dismay, the response from the store’s staff was deeply unsatisfactory. Despite explaining the severity of the situation, no one seemed willing to address the problem or offer any form of assistance. Not only did this lack of concern for customer safety surprise me, but it also left me questioning the store’s commitment to quality and hygiene standards.

I am writing this review not out of spite but in the hope that Jersey Mike’s will take this feedback seriously. No customer should have to encounter a potentially hazardous product, nor should they be met with indifference when seeking help from the establishment. I expected a basic level of customer service none of which were forthcoming. I pay over 80 dollars just to go down the toilet. (literally)

I urge Jersey Mike’s to investigate this matter thoroughly and implement stricter quality control measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Additionally, training staff to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism would greatly improve the service quality and ensure that customers feel valued and safe.

Until then, I am hesitant to return or recommend Jersey Mike’s to others, as my trust in their products and their customer service has been significantly compromised.

We ordered ahead today and everything was ready for us right on time. My go-to is the #9 Mike’s Way—it’s so amazing! My kids had kid’s meals and everything tasted so fresh and good. We loved your chocolate chip cookies! Jersey Mike’s is the best.

My wife and I went in and were greeted right away by Roman and Deysha they were delightful they made us feel right at home. They helped us decide what to get answered all our questions. When we were ready to leave Jessica came up and thanked us they are really good at their jobs this now is our favorite Jersey Mike’s we will be back soon THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Had the beef Philly cheese. We had the large and shared the one sandwich. It was good, filling but not enough to last until my next meal. IMO it was a bit pricey too; just under $20 for the one sandwich…had a gift card from work, so less painful for me ;).

We did a lunch order for my office and it was 30 min late, which I understand and it’s annoying but part of it. But I sat in the store for an hour and they were still very late. When I asked where it was the store manager was very rude, he blamed it on me because we ordered hot sandwiches and gave me a sassy shrug. We spent almost $600 at least be kind. Especially when I have plenty of time to leave a review.
