Trying Jersey Mike’s Subs for the first time was a delightful experience. ( I had 2 minis # 9 & 13). The fresh ingredients and attention to detail immediately stood out. The atmosphere was charged with positive vibes. Each bite was soooo satisfying. The bread was fresh and had the perfect texture, complementing the fillings perfectly. The staff were friendly and efficient, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Big Shout out to Allie and Eric. With a wide variety of options, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. Overall, my first visit to Jersey Mike’s left a great impression, and I’ll definitely be returning for more.

When this location first opened, they were great. I’m not sure what has happened in the last couple of months, but they are terrible. Every time you go, you have to wait a while for your food forever. The last three times I’ve gone through the drive-through they haven’t gotten my order right. This is the third time now that I went through the drive-through and ordered a sandwich that they messed up. It was so simple and he even made a comment about it. I only want chicken and cheese no peppers or onions. Lo and behold the sandwich has bell peppers and onions. My son ordered the giant and I paid $20 for something that was messed up. They really need to find a new manager that’s training these people.

We love JM but we were the ONLY people in the store and our wait for our food was almost 45 minutes. They only had two employees working at the time and a third joined because by the 20 minute waiting mark there was a big line. At least 5 people got their orders before we did. Employees looked so miserable and barely made eye contact with anyone. I’m not sure we’d ever come back to this location. Anywhere else is faster and the food is better.

The sandwiches fill my stomach so they do their function. I went yesterday and didn’t feel like going in so the drive through was the choice. I was 3rd in line. It took me 20 minutes to get to the order kiosk. When I got there the girl working the window simply said “it’s going to be a little while before I can take your order” I looked behind me and saw that all the other cars had left so I also left. Apparently they had some internet orders that were swamping them. It’s too bad. I have a choice so I voted with my business. Doesn’t sound like they needed my business anyway. “It’s going to be an awhile” before I come back to this store. Thanks for the response below. I appreciate the listen. I also understand with 1000s of restaurants it’s hard to hire a full staff. I’ll be back

Good food. Don’t go through the drive through. After waiting 19 minutes behind only 2 cars the girl on the speaker asked me to wait to order. I told her I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes. She then told me she had a lot of people in the lobby and online orders they were working on and if I didn’t want to wait, then I could leave. I told her I was stuck between cars in a drive through and that wasn’t possible or I already would have. She the said, “well I don’t know what to tell you.” I told her she could tell me she could take my order. She then proceeded to take my order. I the waited in line for another 16 minutes. Crazy customer service these days.

In drive thru going on 35+ mins of waiting. Started as 3rd car, finally got to the window, and after taking another order, I told the gal at the window that this was the longest I’ve ever had to wait for a regular sandwich, and she shut the window in the my face. Do better!

This place has GOT to be raigebait. I showed up with my wife and there wasn’t a soul to be found in the store or the drive thru. We walk in and all four employees didn’t even bat an eye at us for at least 4-5 minutes. They finally begin helping us and I asked for a mini with just some chicken and cheese and they refused to make it because it wasn’t a big enough size?!?!?!? Every time I stop by this location is so dysfunctional (but at least it’s busy.) today was empty and we just got ignored
