No ice. Price they charged us different from price on menu had to request a refund. Food came out cold and taste like it has been sitting around…not fresh at all. We ordered a potato with turkey and my husband ordered sausage sandwich and fries. I wish I had seen the reviews before we came here. Don’t think you are going to come here and your experience is going to be one off. They do not know how to run a restaurant which results in horrible food. They did not want to make it right and refund us at first but eventually he did. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE FOOD

The young man that helped me was so polite and very nice and helpful. The pulled pork on the other hand was over cooked tasted like it had sat in its on greasy oil for God knows how long and didn’t have any flavor but old grease. Will not ever be going back there. Sad

I was asked to write a review my an employee and I wasnt going to because I was unhappy with the service and I don’t like to complain. But after getting home to eat my food I changed my mind because the food was absolutely terrible. My brisket sandwich was full of fat. On top of that I got two bottom buns. Like really? I paid an extra $6 for brisket chili cheese fries with barely any fries brisket or cheese. My husband ordered chicken wings that were extremely undercooked. Drinks flat! On top of that I ordered peach cobbler over a week ago and they were out and said would get a refund for my $3.50 plus tax which also never happened. I feel stolen from and I will not be eating here again. Absolutely unexceptable !

The brisket and beans are good. The chicken and ribs are is dry. Spicy sauce and sweet sauces are good. Customer service was fine. The problem is the cost. Prepare for fast food meals at fine dining prices. $60+ for two adults and two toddlers. Typically we spend half that at other similar bbq places. Kind of cruel to sell $1 per slice of bread. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

By far the worst Dickey’s in the area. Just drive down the road to another one. Have been to this location multiple times and it is always worse than any of the surrounding ones. This last time we ordered delivery and where not informed they were out of what we had ordered (Chicken). Instead they sent stringy burnt turkey skin.

We went to eat last night about 8:15 and when we arrived no one greeted us, when they finally did they just said they had orders to fill. We said that was OK and we just looked to see what we wanted from the menu. After a while when they did come to get our order the girl was unfriendly and almost rude. We ordered two 2 meat plates and then two drinks. When we went to pay the amount for the two meat plates was different than what was on the menu board. I asked why the amount was more than expected the girl just said this is what it is on my POS. She obviously did not care and did not offer to let us talk to a manager or anything. She gave us 2 cups for drinks, but the drink machine was turned off, which I’m sure she knew and we almost couldn’t get anybody’s attention to ask about drinks that we had paid for. The food was good not great. As somebody who has been going to Dickey’s for nearly 50 years I was very very disappointed and I will never return to this location; I’m saddened if this is how Dickey’s is everywhere.

Driest brisket I’ve ever eaten. No amount of bbq sauce made it edible. The store also had non-functioning soda and ice cream machines. $19 rip off for lunch. Plenty of great bbq establishments near by so don’t waste your time here. Have been a fan of Dickeys in the past but this location is awful.

Ordered three meals, only got two. Paid for jalapeños for my brisket sandwich which I didnt receive my sandwich. Tried calling but the number just rings, you cannot get a hold of anyone. We tried around 6 times goes to voicemail. If you order from here you will be hungry and basically stole my money. Will never buy anything from Dickeys again lessons were learned. Order from Tenders Smokehouse or HEB Texas BBQ instead as I haven’t had an issue like I had at Dickeys.
