Overall the experience was decent but I felt so bad for the ladies serving us the sun was just beaming on them. District needs to install a sunshade in this building. You can’t sit down to eat without getting a headache and I was wearing my sunglasses. Not only.is it unsafe for it to be blinding your employees but it makes the atmosphere awful to be in which is sad because I love Jersey Mike’s. PLEASE INSTALL SUN SHADES!!!!! FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS BUT MOST OF ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!

What a great experience and team. You could tell they were very busy because of how many sandwiches were on the counter being made. They kept their cool, took my order, even noticed my little man asking for some bacon. The sandwiches were tasty as usual. Good job guys!

Went there for a gluten free sandwich. Total waste of $.
I order a hot chicken bacon ranch, no tomatoes no cheese. It was so over cooked, the bread crumbled like sawdust from a woodmill. No sauce it was dryer than the Saharra deser, no sauce or butter to give moisture to the sanwicht, don’t waste your money herre. Flvor profile was lacking for all the dryness, my husbands roast beef sandwich was so juicy the bread was gummy, they over killed it with oil and vinegar. They can’t seem to come to a happy medium in making their sanwhiches. Won’t be going back there.

Came in for a quick sub for my son. He has a wrestling match and needed food. The staff was beyond pleasant! Like out of the way amazing! This southern girl was LOVING the southern hospitality!

This location is the absolute Worst! I have never had to wait over an hour for a sandwich with less than 10 people in store. I pre ordered online. Then it says show up in an hour, that’s rediculous, then I have to keep waiting past that. You need a new manager and a while new team. They just are fooling around joking, laughing, having fun, chatting, and not taking to the customers. Will drive to another location rather than come here. What a terribly run location for such good sandwiches. Sad sad day, was sorry excited for this location to open. While I was waiting the person cutting the meat kept wiping her nose with the back of her hand. Seriously? Your preparing for for people.
