This company won’t me over, months ago with their loyalty program, earning us free meals. Today for my birthday they gifted me 70 points, which earned me a birthday sub. They also gave be a treat with it. Very appreciative! Also, they have a great crew making the subs.
The sandwiches here are amazing. Pricey, but great food.

I’ve been coming in since they opened. I have had to wait in line a few times when busy, but they always make up for it in customer service and good food. The restaurant has been clean every time we go in. They are kind and attentive to my 5 yr old daughter, even asking her if she wanted her tiny sandwich cut in half. The manager who is always working when I go in is a very friendly, compassionate woman who treats her young staff as if they are her own kids or family. My fiance and I have witnessed her celebrate her employees (coming in to tell her they passed their DL test, her telling them she is so proud, drive safe, and she loves them). We were so touched by their team dynamic we gave her $20 for pizzas for them because we just loved how good the service was but also seeing someone treat the next generation with such love, kindness, and respect. We watched her immediately walk to dominos and get her staff pizzas. Last night I had trouble ordering on the app, I called in and the employee who answered was so helpful and friendly. Apologized, offered to take my order by phone, and even offered a small discount for the trouble. Thank you for your kindness. Everyone makes mistakes but the way you handle them speaks volumes.

This was our first time here. Met by a very friendly and happy Mariah. All smiles, crazy fun personality and very helpful. Mariah explained the options and gave suggestions. When I mentioned it was our first time there she gave us 2 free “Cookies for Rookies”! Mariah provided excellent service and made our experience great! It was only at the end did I realize she is the GM. Makes sense! She really made us happy and wanting to return. Thanks for everything Mariah! See you again!!

I came in and the lady working the lunch rush took her time, switched her gloves for my intolerance, wrote down my complicated order, and still managed to not keep a big line. Awesome workers here. Well trained. Could’ve been a lil nicer but I don’t think anyone was mean. Great subs, great people, and professional handling of my order.

A bad attitude from a service member can ruin the entire experience. We ordered two regular sandwiches, she made one a mini. I told her they were both supposed to be regulars. She got pissed. Grabbed the mini rolling her eyes and slapped what was on it onto a regular size sub and slid it down the line. Too lazy and mad to even add the extra meat.

I’m so disappointed! I like their sandwiches a lot! They gave me the wrong online order in a bag! When I came back and returned the wrong order, they had not much to say but tried to blame me why I didn’t read the receipt that was attached to the bag! It’s just incredible! They were trying to say that there were two online orders sitting there to be picked up, and apparently, I took the wrong one. When I grabbed the bag, there was only one bag there. I admit, I could’ve read the receipt that was attached to the bag, but I was tired already and believed them when they said your bag is ready because there was only 1 bag there, so I grabbed it.

I have gone 3 times this month, about a week apart from eachother. And each time I have gotten the same guy. I have to repeat myself to him several times, and he still just doesn’t get it. Maybe some retraining. I ask for no onions? He grabs onions, puts a few on, and takes them off. Didn’t give me mayonnaise after I corrected him on adding pickles, the entire wrappers is sopping wet with oil and vinegar. Asking for mikes way should not be for soggy bread. 4 passes with both decanters is crazy work. I will drive back into down from now on

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Jersey Mike’s. Evidently you have to ask for things on your sandwich. I remember that was a conversation not a formal request.. you do not prepare food on a counter by the cash register I don’t care how many times you say you wipe down the counter.. I would not recommend the store to anyone. And that’s too bad because I have had Jersey Mike all over the country,.

Ordered a sandwich and not only was the bread wrong, it was the driest sandwich I have ever eaten. There was hardly any mayo on it and I ended up throwing it in the garbage. I also ordered the giant sandwich so it would be for lunch and dinner. Definitely a waste and will not order from here again.
