I ordered a combo w/ a side of soup. When I get my order no fries. I asked them and they said they substituted the fries for soup when I never requested that. All the manager said oh well sorry If you want fries I’ll charge them for you. I had never had this type of experience at chick fila until now. Customer experience needs to improve here.

I was charged for a chicken noodle soup earlier that they couldn’t make. Later, I received a text from the store promising a free soup plus a dessert of my choice. When I came back and asked for the soup and a brownie, they only honored the soup and refused the dessert—even with the written confirmation.
Mistakes happen, but not honoring a written promise is disappointing and unprofessional.

I tell my kids Chick Fil A is overrated. Ordered at 11:30 and got my food at 12:11. The focus is drive thru and carry out not dine in. It’s unfortunate the this restaurant does this.
