Came in to Oder the new “mikes hot Italian”. Asked the manager if the sandwich would look like the picture. She replied,”Yes ! I make a very pretty sandwich!”

Did they do it? You be the judge….

Waiting for a sandwich I preordered, was being completely ignored. Finally made eye contact with the guy at the front, politely asked for my order I could see. He gave it to me looking upset I just asked for my order. I said thank you he didn’t respond, I said you usually say you’re welcome when a customer says thank you. There was 1 lady in line, he wasn’t that busy. He said he was the manager on 2/11 at 12:15. Just completely rude unnecessary behavior for someone just asking for their order he could physically see just sitting there. I won’t be back, I came here 3-4 times a week. Shame you lost a good customer

I always enjoy the food here and the young gents working today made my day! I made a little note to make the subs with “good vibes and wishes” as I am going into an addiction recovery program and they left a note as well!!

food service is a tough job–keep doing a great job 🙂

We went to GM’S @ S. Kipling in Littleton.
My wife and I each ordered subs.
We got home and unwrapped them, there was so much Vinegar and Oil on them the bread was saturated. The only thing left was soaked meat.
Will not go back to Jersey Mike’s.
Too many other Sub shops we can go to.

So i had gastric bypass 4 weeks ago and this was the first meal i was gonna be able to consume, i asked for a bowl with just meat and cheese, no lettuce or tomatoes because i can not digest them yet. And my bowl is 90%lettuce.. very disappointed this is very dangerous for me rn so i had to pick out every single peice of lettuce before i could enjoy my food.. my order was not followed at all.. and i love this location and used to order very often.

We normally love this place, but today it took 45 min for one medium cheese steak. One poor older gentleman who was a head of us, he wated 50 + minutes only to have them make the wrong hot sandwich, and had to wait even longer. They could have given him a gift card or offered to comp him. Lucky we are retired and not having to rush back to work because if not I would have been more vocal about the poor gentleman and our long long wait. My advice if you walk in and see a line, walk out and find a subway or another sandwich place. Very unfortunate experience.

Out of all the Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to, this is the most organized, professional, and high-quality locations. They’re always fast with making your sandwich, while also prioritizing quality. The cashier is always so friendly and whenever I have points to use they remind me so I can get a free sandwich! Whenever the team isn’t behind the counter, they’re cleaning or restocking and I love to see it. The employees truly care about their job

Jersey Mike’s isn’t just another sandwich shop—it’s an experience that takes the simple idea of a sub and elevates it into something memorable. Every bite feels fresh and full of flavor, from the perfectly baked bread that’s soft on the inside and just the right amount of crisp on the outside, to the premium meats and cheeses that are sliced right in front of you. What truly sets them apart, though, is “Mike’s Way”—that perfect blend of onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, and spices that transforms a good sandwich into a masterpiece. Unlike chain delis that feel mass-produced, Jersey Mike’s has a warmth and authenticity that makes you feel like you’re getting a sub crafted with care, not just assembled. It’s the kind of place where the quality is so consistent and the flavors so bold that once you’ve had it, no other sandwich really measures up. But specifically this one has a special place in my heart. The service, the team, and the environment is a chefs kiss. I would highly recommend this sandwich shop!! Your tastebuds will thank me.

Noooooooo cheese, means no cheese. When someone is already paying 20 plus dollars for a sandwich how is it so hard to understand not wanting cheese. Especially if you guys had something better than your cheap white American trash cheese it wouldn’t be such a big deal.
