Jersey Mike’s, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise with more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide, has a long history of community involvement and support. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. The company’s mission is to bring its customers the highest quality, freshest made sub in the industry and give back to the communities in which it operates.

Came in to get a sandwich with my son. Food was good however the service was horrible. Jersey mikes need to do a better job of training their staff on how to be polite to their guests. I didn’t appreciate the way my son was spoken to when my son simply asked for no tomatoes. I understand it was in the next station however there’s a way you speak to guest to let them know and this was not it. He delivered with a tone that was not appreciated by me. Let alone we were the only people there, it’s not like he was even busy. And to top it off As we’re eating our food of course they are horse playing behind the counter with an empty bucket of mustard, kicking it around like a soccer ball. At this point I wouldn’t expect anything less. Just completely unprofessional kids working behind that counter.

This location is severely mismanaged. Orders are being quoted completely inaccurate pickup times, resulting in 30–40 minute waits after the scheduled pickup. The system in place clearly cannot handle the volume of orders being accepted.
The employees are visibly overwhelmed and frustrated, which reflects poor staffing, poor planning, and lack of management support. Efficiency here is not working at all, and customers are paying the price while staff are left to deal with the fallout.
Management needs to either limit orders, staff appropriately, or fix the workflow — because the current operation is failing both customers and employees.

Great experience at Jersey Mike’s today. The product is always consistent and I go here atleast once a month. Sign up for the rewards program and earn free subs! Parking in the shopping center around lunch can be a challenge, but I’ve never had to leave. Location is always clean, staff friendly, and the service has been consistently fast.

I placed a bulk order and they missed 6 subs, I had to go back 3 times, workers are rude and look like they want to kill you for expecting them to do their job.

Completely unprofessional staff. They were more concerned about huddling up to prove a customer wrong on his catering order as opposed to just helping/greeting the other 8 customers that were waiting in line. The girl at the counter literally told me that tips don’t matter to her when I told her that her attitude wasn’t doing her any favors. Probably explains your recent reviews and the fact that the tip jar was completely empty.
I’d literally rather make a sandwich at home with somewhat expired ingredients then have to experience what I just did and then I had to pay $20 for two very small sandwiches on top of it.
No thanks!
this place needs a serious management overhaul. In a failing economy, providing a good product and service are vital and y’all are missing the mark on both.

Went to Jersey Mike’s on Tuesday, ordered sandwiches to go. There were 2 younger employees working. We opened our sandwiches at home and there was essentially nothing on them. I got a veggie sandwich, and there was 1 onion, 1 pickle, NO Tomatoes, 1 banana pepper and a light sprinkle of lettuce. I ordered for all the veggies to be put on. My husbands sandwich had 2 pieces of ham, a sprinkle of lettuce, 1 banana pepper, and no tomatoes. We basically paid for bread and a sprinkle of toppings.
To top it off, we sent a message to Jersey Mike’s website, and still haven’t heard anything.
JERSEY MIKES…..this isn’t ridiculous… it’s PREPOSTEROUS. SO……..do I need to ALWAYS go in to the store to supervise my sandwiches being made? Why do you have online ordering if your employees can’t figure out how to read an order and make a sandwich?
I’d rate zero stars if I could.

We have always enjoyed the giant Italian sub however today something was definitely off with it. It only had 3 of the 5 all meats, the seasoning off, the oil and vinegar ratio was wrong, and there was way too much mayonnaise.
Hopefully, this was a one off.
We will try again, but two strikes and your out.

Staff needs to learn to hear and read. Plenty of Jersey Mike’s in the area, but this one always has the stock on baffoonery.
Our mobile orders through DoorDash are always wrong.
Today, I said pickles and banana peppers. This translated to a handleful of onions. Asked to include cold toppings on a hot sandwich before it was closed, told “sure sure!”, that was skipped. Then I get heat from the guy making the sub like I’m the asshole. Cool, won’t be back.

Last time I’m going to Jersey Mike’s! You guys keep forgetting to put mayonnaise on a BLT sandwich, after I told him that I like light mayonnaise. On top of that, when the employee realize this, he took all of the toppings off the bun and was holding it and the palm of his hand, and then put mayonnaise on one side of the bun and put everything back on it from his hand. That is gross on top of the fact that I didn’t see him change his gloves before making my sandwich. I don’t think I have seen you guys change your gloves before and he also handled my payment at the register and then continue to go back to make sandwiches without changing gloves! So now I’m out of $10 no sandwich because I had to throw it away!
