This was my fist time at Jersey Mike’s – Had a great experience at this location. The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and we also checked the bathrooms—which were very clean as well. That really stood out and made the visit even better. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Tried a turkey sandwich usually always get the same sandwich but I wanted to see how the turkey sandwich was it was delicious but the Italian sandwich is my favorite. I always get my sandwiches mikes way. I tried the cookies too it was ok.

I ordered through the Jersey Mike’s app for delivery. My order wasn’t delivered. I contacted the store. The person that answered told me to give hime my order number so that he could refund me. I gave it to him. He then said that he needed to contact his general manager. He then came back to the phone. I was told that I had to contact the third party that Jersey Mike’s used to deliver the order. It was Doordash. However, since I didnt order through Doordash don’t have an order number or anything from DoorDash. I can’t contact them through their app. The assistant manager Landon from Jersey Mike’s informed me that his general manager Steven informed him that it was MY responsibility to find a way to reach whomever THEIR company used for delieveries to try and negotiate my refund despite the fact that I ordered through the Jersey Mike’s app.

A very clean and efficient branch of the popular chain. The service was friendly, fast, and very professional. Food was served tasty and warm. No complaints here whatsoever. They didn’t have any customers eating there but if they did, there was ample space to be seated 6 feet apart. All staff and customers during our visit stayed social distanced and were wearing masks properly.

I usually visit the Sugar Land locations which are always good but went to this store at around 6:30 on a Saturday night.
There were older teenagers that appear to be off the clock and visiting the store to hang out. Another one came in while I was waiting and went behind the counter and grabbed a drink cup and visited with each employee. Another one came in later and they were wrestling while talking over the meat counter.
I understand it’s busy as a lady in front had a large office party order but it was the slowest service of any location I’ve visited. With teenagers who knew the staff loitering around the store and talking to the guys making sandwiches, it was completely unprofessional and made the dining experience one of the worst I’ve had at Jersey Mike’s.
Whether they’re off the clock or friends of the few that were working, they need to be out of the dining area.

As always Jersey Mikes is a hit. Fast service, friendly crew, just all around awesome. Ample parking, handicap accessible parking and building. Next to Torchys and Ideal Dental.
Food is always fresh, the crew pays attention and for my gluten free needs that really take care to avoid any cross contamination concerns.
The restaurant was clean, well lit and overall nice. Ample seating, clean restrooms, self serve drinks.

When i first walked in, i was greeted which felt welcoming but i really just care about the food and service which was awful, i wanted a cali club which is well known and they did not know what it was and the avocado was extremely black. they made me feel stupid when in reality they are supposed to know there sandwiches, just mistake after mistake and also forgetting things. i highly recommend the one on southwest freeway.

I Was Harassed ( made me Choke on my food ) and was told to Get Out !! ( Have Video have receipts ) For No Reason here is Explanation- I ordered dine in at 8:30 Pm 12-30-25 sandwich took Some Time like 15 minutes; then my Son which Never Eat Jersey Mike’s said let me try a sandwich So I Helped him Decide on A Sandwich and Paid for It , I was about to sit down and eat my sandwich then the employee told me that I need to Dip and get out of there and point it at the door I Didnt Know what Dip Means But he told me to Leave, I said let me finish my sandwich he said I need to get out. as I was eating my sandwich outside he came outside and started Harassing me outside and I started to choke on my food ( I Have Video ) my Son Got Scared and He Said He wont eat hes Sandwich and for me to never take him there again.. I Would like a Phone Call ASAP Please this was a terrible experience for me and the frightening experience for my son.

I understand lunch rushes can be hectic but when you make 10 customers who ordered behind me their sandwich before even starting on mine. That is absolutely awful service. I will be contacting corporate to have some higher ups to review the quality of service this location provides. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a Jersey Mike’s location.
