Guy was rude and smart guy when taking my order and chirping at a paying customer then tried to be polite and getting smart at the same time I came for a sub not to get into disagreement about the way you want me to order my sub understand customer always right and just do your job no need for getting smart with paying customers here’s a picture of the guy management will teach him few tips about customer service been coming here a while now but didn’t really pay attention on how much smart guy he is and his delivery needs to be fixed expeditiously this is not tolerated it in a corporate corporate business , been multiple times usually other staff very nice friendly in no way this review represent the other staff member but one thing to remember it’s not what you say it’s how you deliver it

Jersey Mike’s has always been one of my go-to spots, but their support for our Light The Night community makes me appreciate them even more. Not only is the food consistently fresh and delicious, but the team is friendly, quick, and genuinely cares about giving back.

The lady who brought the food out was very friendly, but my husband and I both got food poisoning from eating at this location on Sunday, Nov 30, 2025. We both had Chicken Chipotle Cheesesteak sandwiches, and we’ve both been very ill for several days.
I sent in a report to the restaurant via their website, and received no response.
We’ve never had an issue at other locations, but we definitely won’t go back to this one.
Edit to add: The manager just called me this morning (the day after I left this review) and said they have thrown all the chicken out and he is taking our report very seriously. He also offered us some free subs which was a very kind gesture, however, after discussing it with my husband, we decided we don’t want to take a chance revisiting. But we will definitely continue to go to other locations.

Jersey Mike’s did an outstanding job catering our Clay Shoot Fundraiser for Home Place of Texas! The entire order process was incredibly easy and fast. The lunch boxes were delicious, packaged perfectly, and arrived right on time. It was the perfect addition to our event. Highly recommend!

Guy who took me and my husbands order was rude. I went to the bathroom and when I came back my husband told me the guy who took our order was being RUDE to him.
My husband told me that this Jason guy said he couldn’t read minds, and was saying things under his breath. To that it seems like rude. The place has this awkward feeling to it since other customers saw the way Jason spoke to my husband.
Something has to be done about this because apparently other people have already complained about him today as I can see by the reviews.
I only got this guys name from the receipt. Dude with glasses and beard.

Horrible experienced, took about 45 minutes for 1 sandwich, in the end the sandwich was behind the counter the whole time. Who ever is doing the hiring needs to do a better job. Bunch of middle schoolers that doesn’t care about service
