I love Jersey mikes and eat here often! This has nothing to do with quality of food but however presentation/ability to eat my wrap. I ordered this today for lunch and it came like this. Completely opened and unable to eat because when I picked it up, it fell apart.

Typically I love this place! Today was a huge disappointment and I hope this gets to the managers. I came in around 3pm with only one other customer. I got no hello welcome in, the person making my sandwich did a slip job and then I had to remind them of the bacon then add my own mayo, I sat down to eat there and my sandwich was halfway soggy on the bread which makes me think the bread was already soggy as she made sandwich. I found the one table that was clean to sit and eat one of the workers sat in a high top behind me on his phone while the tables stayed dirty when I left I said thanks yall have a great day and the girl looked at me but no one said anything back to me… I know it’s hard to find ppl to work now days but this is not a way u want ur business ran! Communication and customer service needs serious work and I was always taught if u got time to lean u got time to clean

Usually really good, but today they made my whole Philly and then rang me up and then as I paid told me “we were out of white bread so we put it on wheat” uh okay. Philly on wheat is what I got. Super disappointed and I feel like they should have told me before.

The staff here have been nothing short of kind and thoughtful each time I come to pick up my order. While I was waiting, I was asked several times if I needed water (I am 8 1/2 months pregnant), and they even snuck in a couple cookies into my to go order bag. I see the staff working diligently on each order, and I am grateful for how they take their time and care about each order. We love Hewitt Drive Jersey Mike’s!

Not only did they cancel online service that I ordered through Grub hub but once I got to the store around 8:30pm they were out bread and was able to only order one sub sandwich. They was very disappointing.

Have been here waiting for a online order for 30 minutes 2 turkey sandwiches and a giant famous Philly 5 employees in here and can’t get 3 sandwiches in under 20 minutes is not very impressive the grill cook looks as if he is struggling working one sandwich or order at a time on a 4ft grill is even more entertaining then anything how ever the wait time is crazy as I watch everyone who places a order in line get there food and leave already is even more frustrating as this place lacks a since of urgency for sure starts at the top though hope yall can get this fixed in the near future as I won’t order again as there is no benefit in ordering a head of time

Website states they have gluten free sandwich rolls, went in to get a sandwich, was treated as ai was dumb for asking and told you can have a lettuce wrap. Needless to say, don’t go by their website. Left and went to Schlotzsky’s which was accurate on their website and super polite.

I am giving two stars based on positive past experiences and the generally good quality of the food.
However, today was not a positive experience and may just cause this store to loose my future business.
I had been a weekly regular at this store and usually had a great experience and had mostly positive experiences with the staff, many of who knew me by name.
I had not been in for a while due to several things including stopping by only to find it very busy with in person customers along with being tied up with online orders, and no tables available to dine in.
I stopped by today and found no one in line and placed my order right of way.
They got quite busy after I placed my order so I kept an eye out for when my grilled sandwich was ready.
I noticed the worker appeared to be finished with my sandwich and watched him place my sandwich in their brown bag only to see him drop my sandwich onto the floor. He paused for a second then picked up my sandwich and put it in a new brown bag. I stepped up to get my sandwich and asked him if he had dropped my sandwich on the floor. He told my he had. In a bit of disbelief, I asked him again, and again he told me that he had dropped my sandwich. The sandwiches are wrapped in paper before being placed into the brown bag, so it never came in direct contact with the floor.
I took my sandwich to the table to check it out and found it to be a bit of a mess with the cheese smeared around the wrapping paper. Now it was edible, but I was a bit frustrated and didn’t feel that I should have to eat messed up sandwich.
I walked back up to where I ordered and the employee who appeared to be in charge, asked if there was a problem with my sandwich, so I told him that my sandwich had been dropped and showed him the sandwich in the wrapper.
As I stood there, he turned to talk to the person who made it and talked to him. They both shook their heads and shrugged their shoulders and said they would make a new sandwich.
The same person made the sandwich and handed it back to me at my table, and I thanked him.
Accidents happen and should be owned up to and fixed.
Here’s my frustration with the whole thing.
AT NO TIME DURING MY VISIT DID ANYONE APOLOGIZE FOR THE CAUSING MY BAD EXPERIENCE.
If someone had said “I’m sorry sir, we’ll fix this”, instead of treating my like a “Karen”, I wouldn’t have given it a second thought.
On top of all of this, I noticed that the guy who appeared to be in charge, had a full bushy beard, and was not wearing a beard net as required for food prep.
They lost a regular customer today.
