The Chipotle Cheese steak is phenomenal! Best sub Hands down. Is made fresh and with love on top of that. The customer Service is amazing and the restaurant is clean. I went into this establishment on Thursday the 4th is Sep around 6 pm; and a nice young man greeted me and then another one did. I placed my order and the young men working there were polite, efficient, and pleasant to chat with. I wish more folks would behave as they did. Our subs were delicious and tasty.
I recommend this Jersey Mike’s and will definitely be back. Kudos to the kind team there!

While this location typically does a great job, this time was pretty gross. I had a pick up order, brought it home, and found this foreign item (cotton towel??) in my sandwich. I called them to inform them. Honestly, I was pretty surprised that the reaction was almost like I was just calling to get a free sandwich. She did refund my sandwich after somewhat portraying the lack of believing me, but given that I was surprised by the response, I decided that I would prove that I was not kidding. Regardless, this was an honest mistake, but maybe JMs needs to reconsider their customer service.

This is the second time in a row Jersey Mike’s has failed to include my entire order before sealing the bag for DoorDash pickup. It’s frustrating to open a carefully taped-up bag only to find items missing again. What’s worse–they refuse to take any responsibility and instead tell me to deal with DoorDash for a refund or go pickup it up myself (what’s the point of paying for a delivery service and how was this DoorDash fault?) It’s unacceptable that a business won’t own up to its mistakes or make it right with the customer. I expect better quality control and accountability.

Love there cheese steak but not the best run establishment. Went there Thurs, out of white bread, took about 10 mins for someone to ring me up. If they increased efficiency, it would be a much better experience.

Jersey Mikes is always a 10/10 for me, all of their ingredients feel extremely fresh and I love to get mines Mike’s way. It was extremely simple to order on their app and I could pay using Apple Pay that way, which is great in a cinch. I personally order the rosemary bread and the California sub which feels like a match made in heaven, and it is always something that doesn’t leave me with that sense that you get when you eat something heavy. The pick up was great, we picked up all 3 orders and left, even got ice cream next door. Prime location, would totally go again.
