First time at Jersey Mike’s and my sandwich had a hair in it. I wish that they would wear hairnets and beard guards. I think every single man in there had a beard. Food was good until I found the hair. Not sure if I will be back to this location.

Customer Service was not great . I asked for dressing on my sandwich and the guy didnt ask how much i wanted he proceeded to drown my sandwich in dressing. I cant taste my sandwich without dressing pouring down my hand and onto my clothes and im at work. Smh Didn’t give any napkins. Hot mess
I not going back here again.

The kids behind the counter were too busy with DoorDash order slips to bother with the people standing there waiting to order food. The young lady was shuffling around SEVEN slips and cutting the bread for those orders, and she spoke up without looking at us to take our order. We told her, and she started piling the wrong cheese onto the wrong type of bread. She stopped and asked us to repeat the order. She was obviously confused and overworked, and her manager apparently told her to prioritize DoorDash orders over face-to-face customers. We told her to forget the order, and walked out.
Someone should tell her manager that a customer is a customer.

Debate over best sub shop continues, but our first time at Jersey Mike’s was great. Staff helped us pick out subs and were very friendly.
Fresh cut meat, sub sauces, oregano/ salt were all great. Minimalist style sub, but it was so good. Sometime basic is best. Flavourful and very enjoyable. Everyone loved it. Just wish we had one in Canada.

Jackie was absolutely disgusting. She needs to be trained or educated on making allergy sandwiches. I come in here once a week and get sandwiches made gluten-free all the time and have never had an issue, I actually loved this location, the issue is that there’s just so many new staff members all the time that it Seems that the staff needs to be trained a little bit better on allergies. I’ve never gone sick anytime I’ve ordered a sandwich here and the manager on duty is normally super nice and make sure to use the separate area.
Jackie was mean, nasty and Didn’t seem to want to make my sandwich in the first place.
I do plan to send an email to corporate about her.

I stood in front of the girl cutting meat for 10 minutes. To go orders continued to be handed to her. I stood there as she made three separate to go orders. Once she started the third one I left.
I understand food places are hurting for workers, it seemed this was the case. Although there’s a method you can do and still be successful by rotating your orders. Make one to go order, and then take in house order, then go back to the to go orders. There were five of us in line.

We really feel like we need to do an update to our review. The last couple of times we’ve come in and ordered the employees seemed very bothered that we came in. They charged us extra for certain things, but did not put them on the sandwich. This has happened on multiple sandwiches over several visits. It’s a repeated thing. Also, when we ordered the employees looked at each other and rolled their eyes back in their head like we were bothering them. I understand that they were busy with a large order that they got but G whiz. Also, days when the senior personnel are not here, the sandwiches are not the same quality. Become very disappointed.
Food is excellent and the staff is really pleasant. Thanks! This is going to be a new regular place for us!

Got the order wrong and never asked to make it right after it was shown to them. Quality has dropped since the opening. Too bad.

Well let me just start of by saying this was my first time EVER to visit this restaurant chain and will be my last time! I was new so I’m looking trying to figure out what I want. I assume it’s like all sub shops u pick ur sandwich then they will ask you if u want toppings we’ll I was wrong! 3 employees working all had earbuds in ears!! Rude can’t hear then asking me questions. So my food comes i was like I wanted this and this. They were like I asked u. No you didn’t! My husband ordered a sandwich minus jalapeño and well because they are wearing earrings buds they obviously didn’t hear him! I was just in complete shock. Not only after our orders others were getting wrong stuff too! Just a disaster. And they could care less the 3 guys working in the restaurant that night!!

On January 27th I had a horrible experience at the Euless Texas store. I ordered online 3 subs for in-store pickup. They said they would be ready by 12:56pm. I arrived at 12:57pm. For 10 minutes I waited with several others, who were also waiting to pick up, and was never acknowledged by the staff about my order. They continued to help the walk in customers, at least 5 people. I noticed bags were ready for pickup but waited anyways. Finally after another 5 minutes and no acknowledgement from staff I looked closer at the orders ready and saw that mine was there. I reach in to get it from the rack and was yelled at by the staff that they will refuse service to me if I do that again. Another person waiting said they just want to know if their order is ready and the staff, mainly the manager, reiterated “we will refuse service”. I have never been treated that way by a restaurant ever. When they did hand me my order there was no apology for the wait. I wrote a complaint right away to corporate about the ordeal. A person behind me in line called. But my main reason for writing this review is because it has been 2 weeks and there has been no acknowledgement from corporate about my complaint. Jersey Mike’s was my favorite chain sub shop, but not anymore. I was treated very poorly and didn’t deserve it. I would have walked out if I didn’t already pay online for my order. I had also already tipped. Whole thing just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The no response is what lost the customer not the event.
