I have eaten at four different burger king in the last ninety days. I have been unsatisfied at each location with the quality of their food. With my last visit at The buger king in Cockerhill in Dallas Texas Across from Walmart leaving me very ill to the point i couldn’t even operate a vehicle. two of the ones I visited were filthy in side, the other were via the drive thru and the one that served food that got me sick none of the employees that were on during that shift didn’t speak English. I believe speaking English or having somebody there that speaks English should be a Requirement , I mean come on , this is , the united states and our language is english.
In the past few years, employees that understand their customers, cleanliness and customer service have declined due to corporate boards demanding a bigger return on investment , a larger dividends for themselves. When you want your burger your way, they still make it their way. So make sure you check your order before leaving. Not sure why they always ask you to pull around front and they bring your order out, but it’s annoying. When it’s correct, it’s delicious!

Update: I came in on 7-1-25 to use the restroom and the lady who was by the restroom said they were closed. She wouldn’t tell me why she had an attitude with me. Like this is a public place the restroom should be open. I don’t understand how this place is still open. I mean if you don’t want to the dine in open then closed it. But if it’s open then the restroom should be to.

Wouldn’t serve me when they were still open, ducked down behind the counter…..After a customer got served at the window with their food, they turned and ducked trying to hide which is totally messed up. Like you could have said something instead of try to hide. Because you wanted to leave earlier. Bad customer service. But yea I remember why I quit coming to Burger King now.

No one answered at the drive through or the window so I walked in. They all mad dogged me as soon as I walked in. I was smiling as polite as usual but they all looked at me like i was crazy. As soon as I walked up the lady asked me “ARE YOU GONNA ORDER??” I replied “um yes” then she just walked off. Some one else took my order, and I was served quickly though and the food was good so oh well.
