I ordered the giant size Big Kahuna with NO CHEESE for my dude. I was very clear about it and they closed by the time our order arrived from grubhub. This wasn’t a peel the cheese off situation, as you can see in the photo. Of course grubhub refunded the sandwich but now I have to wipe cheese off of every piece of meat just so we can both eat dinner.
A refund from grubhub is expected and appreciated but they didn’tmake it, and it doesn’t fix the issue. Why couldn’t the sandwich maker pay attention? I’m guessing it was because they were closing.
I have 20+ years in the restaurant biz and I can say, that every place I worked at this was common problem.
The reason I’m leaving a review isn’t because I’m just so mad. Although I’m frustrated at myself for this being the 3rd time they messed up on one of our sandwiches on the last few times we ordered. Im writting the review so hopefully the manager or owner fix the problem. We like Jersey Mike’s but this location is really dropping the ball.

Love this place! The employees are incredibly considerate and friendly. We walked in at 8:59 PM, just one minute before closing, and they still welcomed us warmly and took our order without any hesitation. They never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. That level of kindness and professionalism really stood out. Would definitely recommend!

This location is AMAZING!!! All staff here are friendly and very tentative to what you want. I never have an issue with my order and never have to second guess coming in. I highly recommend this location. Bonus tip.. they can get creative with your sub. Let them put some spice in your life!

came up there for a Togo order around 3:30 pm today and every single employee was EXTREMELY nice and had amazing service. They made small talk and seemed to really enjoy their job, I appreciated their kindness and would love for them to get some sort of recognition!! Thank you !!

I called and placed an order for pickup. I asked for Italian dressing and Chipotle dressing on the side. They did not include that in my order. I asked for peppers on the chicken wrap but there were none. I asked for bacon on the side of my BLT wrap but they did not give any bacon. I asked for my Italian sandwich to be toasted and it was barely warm. A simple order of two sandwiches and it was all messed up. Food was good but I wish they’d pay attention when assembling orders!

I go to sandwich places all the time in Canada and we have nothing like this! The food was excellent but that was not the best part. The best part was how incredibly friendly the people are there! They seemed so sincere and helpful. This is better service than we receive at our best restaurants in Canada.
