Edit 2023: still having problems with this location. You would think corporate and the GM would get this location in order. Management is clearly incompetent. Missing sides, missing tops on quesadilla boxes so sauces can spill all over the box and bag.

This location is bad. I almost always have some kind of an issue with my order and I’m rarely fully satisfied. I’ve only been coming here because it’s very close by but I think I’m going to start taking longer trips to a different location. I usually order a burrito and most of the time there’s barely any steak in it. Recently I’ve had pieces of uncooked rice. The salsa containers are almost always filled only half full.

Absolutely terrible experience. I came in excited to enjoy some chipotle but little did I know I was ruining my night. First off, the staff is incredibly rude and are no helpful whatsoever. I felt judged the whole time and they showed no care. Also when getting my food, they give you almost nothing. I had to keep asking and begging for more just to get a normal amount. Secondly, they ran almost out of everything and they still had a hour and a half until closing! No more rice, sour cream, lettuce, and guacamole. Terrible time and I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Would not recommend one bit.

I order here weekly and constantly disappointed. I leave the store without items that I paid for and have to return to get the full order. The restaurant will normally give me my missing items, however they will say free guacamole for inconvenience then forget that too. I honestly do not know why I order here so often because it is seriously constant disappointment. The Chipotle customer service online is the worst customer service I have experienced out of any restaurant. you cannot reach the restaurant without sitting on the phone for 15 minutes with a robot then it still will not even let you connect after. when I talked to customer service over the phone they would not refund me for missing items when it was restaurant error. Order here for half filled portions and a surprise each time you receive your order to see which items you actually got. I looked at the reviews for the first time and not surprised there are so many 1 stars. Looks like I will have to find a new go to restaurant.

This location never gets my order right. They give me about half of what any other location might give. Sometimes they forgot sides or whole burritos. Once they gave me 3 bowls when I ordered 2 bowls and a burrito.

Absolutely disgusting!!! We went on a Saturday at 7:30 for dinner and it looks like the place has not been cleaned in hours! The containers and the surrounding space that is holding the food was covered/coated in dried crusty food! The steel prep containers to the right before you order must have been a least a dozen dirty empty ones laying around. Garbage wasn’t taken out inside or out, and tables where dirty! I literally turned around and walked out! There were 3 teenagers working so I’m not surprised by this mess, so there definitely needs some adult supervision! Gross!

What a pathetic Chipotle location. They’ve messed up my orders time and time again and I continue to give them chances just due to the convenience of the Chipotlane. It is about time I stop giving them chances. Constantly missing sides or full entrees. This latest time the entire order was completely incorrect. Unbelievable that corporate still won’t get involved considering how many bad reviews this location has. Definitely beware – if you must use this location maybe don’t order through the app to make sure you can see them putting your order together.

The service at the counter was fine. The major drawback at this location was the dirty/messy dining area. I did not see one employee come out to the floor and clean the dining room or even clean up the area of fountain drinks. I do not plan to visit this location again. Disappointing, since the food is pretty good.

Came over and ate lunch at the place. Ordered fajita bowl but they skip on fajita. So I ask about the fajita just then they tell me they are out of it. White rice that I got was soggy tomatoes were still frozen. Meats were chewy. They were running out of lettuce so they gave about 7 pieces so ask for more when so they gave me about 5 pieces more. Not to mention the staffs looked like they really didnt wanted to be there. One of my favorite lunch chain but such a disappointment.
