So. This one is hard.
Such a good place to eat at. Became my favorite spot. Until yesterday, Braden wasn’t able to make my sandwich the way I wanted it.
This is not the first time he tells me he can’t.
I asked for a giant 13 one time (on the grill) *I wanted meat on bottom cheese to melt on top. (Like a Philly)
He said he couldn’t do that. So I just said – gimme a giant 13 Mikes way.
-He proceeded and made my sandwich hot. When I asked not to.-
YESTERDAY. I asked for a Hoagie. (Jersey Mikes edition) the east coast way.
All it is; take the dough out of the bread without cutting it, then fill in with the Philly cheese steak.
Wrap it. Serve it. (Not hard at all)
Almost like a Hot Pocket. YES I’ve had it done at many Jersey Mike’s before….
Basil the owner of 5 Locations in DFW has done it at least 100 times for me.
Putting the review here because spending 13,000 a year at Jersey Mike’s as a male you’d expect more from the store. (My banker told me this is how much I spend at Jersey Mike’s.)

I absolutely love the staff here! I typically go every Wednesday and the minute I walk through the door I get greetings and smiles! The food is always fresh, the atmosphere is always clean and the staff is absolutely amazing!!!!! It doesn’t get much better than this❤️

I love jersey mikes. Truly the best sandwiches and so fresh every time. The people that work at this location are always so friendly and kind.. the issue is that my order is wrong 50% of the time when I order to go . The amount of times I’ve gotten home and had to go back up there is ridiculous and frustrating.

I love all Jersey Mikes, but I specifically love this location. You usually wouldn’t describe a fast casual sandwich shop as warm and inviting, but this Jersey Mikes is the exception. Every employee is genuinely kind, and they go out of their way to make sure that you’re taken care of. I would go out of my way to visit this location over any other.
