Thank you to the managers at this Jersey Mike’s. Never had a bad sub. You have a large turnover of people. But I noticed ( I think she is a manager) was a busy lady. She rocks. Some of the workers here are just going through the steps. When I started in the work world. I was taught. You give 100% Do your job. Today young so called adults want top pay for less work. Again. For whatever reason, when the women make my sandwich it’s always bland and sloppy .. but when the men make it… AMAZING best subs in town. The women always have attitudes as well, I got eyes rolled at me today for no apparent reason. It’s always a different experience when I go in.

I am so very angry right now. I made an mobile order through the Jersey Mike’s app. I ordered over $50 worth of food and they messed up in almost every way possible. I ordered a regular Big Kahuna Chicken for my wife with extra cheese, extra mushrooms and meat only. I ordered a giant Big Kahuna steak for myself and requested no onions, and extra mushrooms. They gave me a regular Big Kahuna Chicken with everything on it and a regular (not giant which is an $8 difference) Big Kahuna with only steak and mushrooms, no cheese, no onions, no peppers, no jalapeños. What is the point in having an app with customization options if they just do whatever they want? They basically stole money from me by giving me a smaller sandwich than I ordered and charged me for extra ingredients but then didnt even add what they were supposed to. I only got one sub that was what I ordered and that is because I ordered it exactly as it was on the menu. They didnt even put names on the sandwiches when I put them in on the app. This is the third time I have had major issues with this store in the last few years, but it will definitely be the last time. Youd be better off ordering from Charley’s.

Just picked up a door dash order from them and the staff was hiding in the back. Had to yell to get someone to come to the front multiple times and they had a bad attitude and got mad because we had a order to pick up. Would not suggest this place to go

I have never been so embarrassed in my life.I talked to someone today in Lawton Oklahoma about my giant sub.She said she was leaving my name and number. The workers treated and got other customer involved I was so out done bought my giant sub VERY EMBARRASSED Never do I want a customer to get treated like that again NEVER

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. someone needs to teach them how to talk to the customer, Stay of the phone, and not throw paper as a playing game when you are helping people. As I spoke, I didn’t think the employee heard me, so I said I spoke and he was like OK with an attitude and rolled his eyes . I really love the food, but can’t deal with poor customer service.
