Fabulous!!! Fresh food, excellent service, attention to details about our subs and changes we made. Young workers but extremely responsible and professional. Constantly working and cleaning. No goofing aroung or inappropriate behavior. Absolutely kid friendly.

I just opened my office nearby and I’m checking out the food options around me. Today I decided to try Jersey Mike’s, and I’m glad I did. I was greeted right away by both employees, and they let me know they’d be with me shortly. They helped answer my questions and even reassured me about trying it “Mike’s Way,” since I clearly looked a little lost.

Had a mobile order took a little longer than usual that was due to them training. The staff was very apologetic about the wait. Once I received the order they gave a free sub card for the wait. I had an older gentleman chase me down because he thought I didn’t get everything! Every time I come in the gm always greets me! As a gm myself I know how challenging it can be to deliver great service and be sure to give great training. Keep it the good work!!

Walked in Jersey mikes in Springdale and I was greeted with smiles, all the team members spoke to me. The guy making the sandwiches was awesome. He not only asked for my order but he asked how my day was and we had a small conversation, it felt like we became friends. I ordered the California club.Turkey bacon and avocado, it was delicious. The lady at the register was so kind, she helped me download the app and how to make sure I get the reward points.
Overall I had a fantastic experience at Jersey Mikes. I highly recommend.
