We’ve almost always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s sandwiches and we’re excited about the gluten-free bread option. However, my experience today made me not want to ever return there. Every sandwich from people standing in line including the one I ordered for my husband was made right in front of them and received right in front of them. My gluten-free sandwich was put in the back behind 7 to go orders that were all finished before mine was even started. By the time I even got my gluten-free sandwich, some of the people in line behind me had already finished eating. If a gluten free order can’t be even started while standing in line, I don’t consider this good customer return service. Don’t even advertise gluten free if you can’t provide the sandwich

Brand new location so there were a couple issues with the register, but that is to be expected. Friendly staff and clean dining area.
However, that could not make up for the disappointment in the food. My sandwich had extra items added to it and it was still the thinnest cheesesteak I have ever had. $18 for a sandwich should be a pretty substantial sandwich. Mine was more like a loaf of bread with a little bit of meat and vegetables. I will give them a few months to work out the kinks and give them another try, but this visit was disappointing.
