This group of people are absolutely amazing!! There personality and friendliness is spectacular! Every since moving to Gonzales I’ve gone in here several times an I’m always treated the same. The service is just outstanding! They go above and beyond to interact and help there customers. I had ordered an got important phone call and had to step out and the lady step outside to ask me what I wanted on my sub. That she didn’t have to,but the fact she did was just so thankful and appreciated. They really do deserve a 5 star!! I will continue to go here because of the service they give. Always smiling!!

How can one chain be so consistent? No matter what city/ state I visit, I can count on Jersey Mike’s to deliver a delicious sub served in a clean store by friendly staff. Ordered the #5 with extra meat and the employee taking my order suggested to get the #6 which comes with more meat than the #5 for only $1 more. And this is what I mean when I brag on the staff. So nice, friendly and genuinely care if you enjoy your meal. Thanks again!

I’ve been to quite a few locations and I have to say that the staff at this location is one the friendliest. The way everyone got along and can joke around with each other is actually very refreshing. I literally had a smile on my face during my experience. Customer service is lacking in many establishments but not this one. Keep up the good work.

They lost one star because they didn’t cut the bacon in my bowl, but I did have a plastic ware set with a knife in it so I cut it up myself. They had my catering order ready & followed my instructions but one of the lids on the sauce I got on the side wasn’t on all the way so it spilled and everything smelled like vinegar from then on.

Favorite bread is the rosemary parm. I can never go back to white bread when ordering a sub here! I usually get the tuna fish sandwich. What I really love about this place is the freshest ingredients. When I bite into my food, I can tell how good the quality is. It’s pricey, but worth it.
Everyone is nice and I have no complaints about the service. It is easy for me to walk in the store and get my usual order.

I ordered an original Italian sub and had it dressed Mike’s Way, and it was absolutely delicious! This is the best sub place ever! I came in during a rush around 4-5 PM, and despite the long line, they took my order quickly and made an effort to engage in conversation.
However, I noticed one downside: a lady was sitting in the lobby, seemingly working on her computer. While she was sweet and interacted with customers, it was concerning to see her not assisting her team. I’m not sure if she was a manager or had another role, but it appeared a bit troubling from a customer’s perspective.
Other than that, everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the speed of service was impressive. The lettuce and tomatoes looked freshly cut. I was in and out in just 6-7 minutes, and I received my sandwich dressed Mike’s Way. This was the fastest I’ve ever been served. Props to Jersey Mike’s!

The Gonzales location is the best. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and seems to genuinely love their job and work environment. It always seems like the workers get along pretty well and are so patient and helpful every time I go in!
