The best customer service ive ever had in a Jersey Mikes!! I didn’t get the cashiers name but shes from Chihuahua and she was awesome! She was super friendly, energetic, very great with me and my husband. It was his second time ever in a Jersey Mikes and he was extremely happy with our sandwiches especially after she recommended having our sandwich her favorite way! Its very clean and organized when you walk in. Definately coming back to this place.

Been here a couple times has always been great. Best quality subs around and I asked for the name of the person who made my sub Kyle and wow best Philly I have had and it was soo fast it actually got done before I finished topping my other sub. Everyone is friendly and fast love this place. Lifetime customer for sure.

Their customer service is top notch! They were all very personable and helpful. I have to eat gluten free which means they have to clean the slicer and work area before they can start my sandwich. I apologized for the inconvenience and everyone was very gracious and understanding. Great job and thank you!

Having been to this location before, I stopped while traveling through Nebraska. I asked the staff behind to make something for me they liked rather than I tell them what I wanted. They were great at it all. What they made was very good and I think they enjoyed the moment as much as I did. Wonderful experience!

Staff is rude and rush you out even though there were more people working than customers in the store. Sandwich came dry with no mayo, no oil, no nothing.$10 for a sandwich I could get at Walmart with a mayo packet for $5. I’d rather go to Subway and Subway is terrible.

Sandwiches are fantastic and made infront of you so you can see it being prepared to your standards. the service is good as well. I Marked 3* on Atmosphere only because the staff seem to have a script they have to follow when addressing the customer. That’s fine and all but I’m sure the staff would like to use they’re own personality while performing they’re job.

Parking is terrible. I ordered the 26 a chicken ranch bacon sub. It was near 11 dollars. I got take out. It was so salty I scrapped off all the chicken and sauce and just ate the bread. I will not go here again. It is super expensive and salty. One thing is that I could not pay without a forced tip. You don’t tip fast food. Never. Place is at the dead end of a drive where no one can see it. Super bad location. I gave four stars hence the cleanliness and newness. Other than that it was super disappointing. Back to Subway for our family. I can’t believe this but Subway actually is the way better choice here hands down. Way more choices and condiments and garnishes.
We did not order any drinks nor chips or anything and I think for the two small subs and taxes and the forced tip it was nearly 22 bucks? It would have been 35 to 40 with the full meal. That is ridiculous. We go to Texas Roadhouse for under 40 for two of us easy with a nice tip. This sub fad is what it is. A super fad.

While the staff were friendly and efficient and the store was clean, the food we had was terrible. I had the “Famous Philly CheeseSteak” which I now consider famous for being the absolute worst I had in my 50+ years of food memory during which I frequently have Philly sandwiches. The meat and green peppers tasted like they had been cooking for many hours, the sauce just nasty and the cheese cheap and overpowering. I could barely eat much of it, but fortunately my dogs enjoyed a greatly overpriced treat. I think the dogs would have given it 3 stars. Again nothing against the staff. Perhaps the cold sandwiches are better but don’t plan to try this chain again. And of course Subway is even worse.

We travel a lot and everywhere we go we stop at jersey Mike’s if they have one. The service is usually fast and friendly. This is the 3rd time we’ve tried North Platte as they are fairly new and we were hoping the would have worked out the issues but sadly they have not. The staff is still lazy and rude and half of them just stand around doing nothing. The service is extremely slow and tonight they forgot a whole sandwich. Do better

The food was great and so was the service. There was a little confusion on one of my orders, but they got it fixed up proper and we’re really friendly about it. The space was really clean and looked brand new. I will eat here again.
