A coworker suggested Jersey Mike’s since i was going to be in that area. Im glad i did because the sandwich was amazing – better then i have had in a while. They are a bit more expensive but definitely worth the cost. Will definitely be eating here again!

Worst customer service experience maybe ever. 4 young girls were working. They made me feel like I had completely ruined their day when I walked through the door. The manager really leads by example. 2nd time this has happened here. This girls are nasty humans!!!

if you can make the trip to greenwich go to that one instead, there is no quality control and no diligence at this store. If you order within an hour to close they will mess up your order and forget things. There is no focus on getting orders right or any attention to detail. just don’t go to this one <3 they don’t care

The WSU Jersey Mike’s, at Braeburn Square off of 21st Street North. A very small version of the sub sandwich chain with some mediocre service. However, food to go is worth it because the Club Supreme with their cherry pepper relish is one of the best sandwiches you will ever find on the go. I recommend stopping here for a great sub, but for carryout only.

I like it but they left out my cookie .I ordered from DoorDash , got my sandwich and drinks but no cookie . I don’t blame the dasher because the bag was sealed but that’s really stupid . A simple chocolate chip cookie . Ridiculous.

Build a bigger location or hire more employees. Either way it’s always a 15-30 min wait after ordering online.
Also there should be a priority for online pickup, to allow customers to walk in and be serviced quicker than an online pickup is asinine.

New employees don’t seem trained well.
Cashier was hard to understand or hear. Left same gloves on to cut and wrap sandwiches and also handled money!

This used to be a 5 star but the night employees or management killed that. Food is good unless you go late in the evening and they act upset you come in. Store hours also show they close at 9 but they make sure to turn off the Open sign at 8 most nights.

I waited 45 minutes for an order to not receive it. It was gluten free and everyone else they said we will do it right now but when I asked they said I’ll give you a refund by the end of the day. Poor service and poor management. Worried about getting the Line of new people coming in than giving the people who prepaid and had their order scheduled an hour ago
