I REALLY hope the owner of the store sees this review and fixes the attitude of the young boy with long ponytail slicing meat and making sandwiches. Super rude and didnt give us time to even consider our toppings before being snappy and rushing us. Horrible sandwich making skills btw. Next time I’ll take matters into my own hands if he decides to be rude.

Awesome sub sandwich shop at the Derby Market Place off of Rock Road. I’m a huge fan of this chain for their famous cherry pepper relish and have it layered on everything I order here. I also like their meats being freshly sliced, and they have excellent veggies and bread. My most recent trip was for the Original Italian and it rocked with flavor from the variety of different hams and salami on it. I am sold on this location and recommend it to anyone in Derby or at McConnell Air Force Base.

A bit pricey for subs IMO. Disappointing that you can’t toast the italian sub. No other complaints however! Good food and good service.

I was so hopeful about this place. Their sandwiches could have been alright. I like the meat & cheese because it’s really thin sliced and they give you a good amount of meat. My big gripe, however, is that I found not just one, not just two, but THREE hairs in my sandwich. I’m so disgusted by this place. Wear hairnets! I do not recommend. The worst part is the hair came from two different heads. I’m beyond myself about it. I’ve never in my entire life experienced anything so disgusting and unsanitary as this. Ughhhhhh!!!! I can’t stop thinking about it or talking about it. Beware, beware, beware!!! Their bread sucks too. They don’t even offer whole wheat, and you know what they say, “ the whiter the bread, the sooner you’re dead”, so there’s that too.

I had a regular turkey and provolone on the Rosemary parmesan bread. It has been several months since I had eaten at this location, but I noticed the sandwich was made with less meat and cheese than before. But the real disappointment was the bread — it was obviously old and was very tough. I will not be returning.

Subs are good when they are correct, been there about six times on last few months and I would say half the time something is wrong. Subs are also priced high. Tonight I said no American cheese, Provolone instead, they make the hot subs I n back, so when I got home I have a Philly cheesesteak with NO CHEESE! Crapola!!!!
Wife just told me her bread was stale and hurts her gums to chew it. Told me not to go back. *This is for both locations*

I really like Jersey Mike’s but lately they’ve been failing to make sandwiches how I have asked, before you think I’m doing some crazy order all I asked was that they leave onions off of my sandwich. One item, it was even written on the ticket. It baffles me that a simple request cannot be carried out. I’ll still come here but I’ll be checking my sandwiches once they have been handed to me.

I placeed an online order at 7:01 pm and it says I can pick up my order at 7:16 pm. I went inside and saw a crazy long line and I asked if my food was ready but it wasn’t. I tried to be patient and waited extra 50 minutes inside and had to cancel the order. This location only focused on people waiting in line and not the people that waited for online orders for tonight. I never cared about leaving a review but you guys deserved 1 star from me for my ever first review.

This sandwich shop is a thousand percent better than Subway! Run over for a quick lunch and they were way faster and the Philly was tasty.
