I just had dinner catered by Golinda Country Store. It was AWESOME. We had Brisket, chicken, sausage, beans, and tater salad. The meat was so tender and had great flavor. They brought Cherry cobbler, and Peach Cobbler. They expected me to choose which one I wanted. I tricked them and got both. With Bluebell ice cream. Deelicious.

One of the best burgers around! I never fail to stop here when driving anywhere within a few miles. The onion rings are the best I’ve had since the old Chicken Shack was in business in the 80’s. I suggest you make the drive at least once.

The owner Christy has a wonderful spirit and work ethic. We were heading home to Ft Worth and she did a wonderful job taking care of us. Wonderful food. I think I found a new favorite hamburger. The fish shrimp and fries are good as well. Nice country feel.

Neat little old school feeling family Country Store and Restaurant. Its a good place to stop for burgers. They do have a full menu. We’ve been there twice and only had burgers, onion rings and tots, Both times. A burger is a burger. If you tasted one, you’ve tasted them all. For the most part. I would go there again as its close to my house. But wouldn’t go out of my way just to eat there. ONLY because it is a bit over priced. 2 soft drinks, 2 burgers and oinon rings and tots was almost $45.00 plus tip. I know pricing is out of their control again for the most part, so i dont hold that against them for that. I hear their chicken fried steak it amazing though. Will try that next time. The customer service was great!

Nothing but kudos for this place. Great chicken fried steak, green beans,and mashed potatoes w/gravy. Wife had grilled pork chops and said they were great. Definitely Recommend.
