Food is great, staff is nice, but the efficiency of the store is lacking in areas. There’s been a few times where we will come in to grab our online order and it takes almost 10 minutes just to be helped for our food that’s sitting there already made and finished. That’s my only complaint. Everything else though is great!

Nice!! First I want to give a shout out to the manager Jay Jay!! He’s friendly and highly knowledgeable!!! I had a regular club supreme on gluten-free. These folks know how to do it right! I had mine with lettuce vinegar, spices, pickles, and onion. No complaints at all. This place is very fast and efficient! Cleanliness is a priority!

Used to have the BEST HOT SUBS Especially the Philly’s. I’ll only go back for something small! Never been mad about spending my hard earned money but I’m paying damn near 20 dollars for one hot sub for my other hot sub giant to be the same. I’m definitely not getting what I for at all. Only go to the one on Kansas ave. This place is disgusting, they messed up my order twice, sandwich came out right the third time but tasted awful and was uncooked! Very unhappy with my experience

The sandwich was good as usual. But they were slow making sandwichs due to, too much talking between them. Wasn’t even greeted when I walked in. And the music was way to loud. Difficult for the hearing impaired. This is probably the worst JM’s I’ve ever eaten at.

Good sandwiches with good value, clear issues with logistics in-store. The staff are not working in a coordinated way or staying at a station, patrons are frustrated wit the absence of communication. The staff here desperately need training on how to handle operating a restaurant under the demand they are seeing, or the long term prospects for this place aren’t going to look good.
Tasty sandwich, worth stopping in if you have a LOT of time to wait.

On 4/24/25 at about 8:30ish my wife stopped in at Jersey Mike’s in Topeka before leaving town to get dinner. When she got home I started packing up my #13 sandwich for the day ahead and tried a onion from my sandwich. The onion was expired and it made me sick to my stomach. My wife informed me that the bowl she ordered had brown lettuce. She also informed me that the staff seemed more concerned about closing up before 9 rather than making sure they kept up on the quality of there services. Very disappointed and will not be eating at this Jersey Mike’s location moving forward.

I love Jersey Mike’s ! Whenever I’m in the store ordering the employees always stay busy and what more could you ask for ? Topeka people please practice patience and realize those guys actually do their best to keep the line moving. The prices of the giant sub is a lot but the workers didn’t set the price !
