Well when you order a sandwich 17 filly and paid for double Peppers double cheese and mushrooms I got no mushrooms and I paid for these things not the first time I’ve been ripped off by this company but it will be the last time

Ordered here 14 days ago. They didn’t put any of the ordered toppings on my philly. It was meat and cheese only on the wrong bread. It tasted horrible, i only finished it out of respect for the cow. Things happen i get that. But i put in a comment on their website and nothing was done to resolve the matter. No refund, no coupon, no response. 1 star for horrible customer service.

Going to this location for a couple years. Always has good food, and the cashiers were always pleasant. Last meal the cookies were cold, and almost raw. The guy that said he was the manager said that was how they were always made and that people liked them raw(not the first time ive gotten them, but anyway). I may go to other locations but I will never be back to this location.

I normally love this location. Placed a door dash order for the entire team. Received our 5 sandwiches, but 4 out of 5 bags of chips were missing, and the 1 bag that did arrive was the wrong flavor. Extremely frustrating and disappointing to have this experience for a work meeting. And this is after I called the store to ask for the mayo & mustard to be included after I ordered online through Door Dash.

Had the chance to finally try out Jersey Mike’s today for lunch with 2 friends.
The restaurant is new and in a new building so it was very clean and nice. The staff seemed very professional and were kind and helpful.
When we walked in, there were no open tables available, so we ordered our food to go. As we waited for our sandwiches to be prepared, a table opened up and they brought the sandwiches to us.
This was our very first experience with Jersey Mike’s and weren’t sure what to order and after looking over their menu of both cold subs and hot sandwiches I ended up getting the #17 “Mike’s Famous Philly”. My friends ended up with an italian sub and another Hot Sandwich.
All 3 of us really enjoyed the sandwiches and will certainly go back and try other items. If you have never tried Jersey Mike’s.. give them a try!

Always fast and fresh. Absolutely one of my favorite go-to spots. I always get the 13 (Italian) and it never disappoints. This location is awesome, the staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable about their stuff. Even when the line is long, and you can tell they have a TON of pickup orders coming through, they still get me through in no time.

Have been wanting to try this place for about 10 years and I’m glad I waited highly overpriced, sandwich was bland, staff is very unfriendly, all the fountain drinks tasted terrible and carbonation was too high drink kept overflowing with bubbles will stick to Mr Goodcents way better quality and food for the money.
