Amazing, first time visitor to this chain of restaurants! Impressive to say the very least! We explained to “Karis” that it was our first time and she was truly amazing at her job, and knowledgeable about the restaurant and all of it’s meals! She’s an impeccable employee and a pleasure to visit with! She’s definitely an asset to the company and our go-to gal the next time we visit! We appreciated all the guidance! The sandwiches are prepared directly in front of you as you choose from the menu board above, or advise them off what you want at the counter! There’s not as many options for toppings as most competitors, but you’ll appreciate this sandwiches taste! Fantastic! The freshness along with the taste, is an explosion in your mouth! Quite impressive! The facility is new, inside and out! There’s plenty of parking throughout the free parking lot! All the employees are friendly and nice like Karis! What an impressive product, and company!

The food was good and worth the price. I ordered a regular Philly to go. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a bit of a wait time, but that’s to be expected with them just opening. Overall, it was a pretty good addition to the area, in my opinion. Nothing special, but a solid option for some good subs.

IF YOUR MOBILE ORDER IS LATE, JUST GET IN THE LINE. DO NOT WAIT. I placed a mobile order and showed up AFTER the expected time to be greeted with bored-looking people standing all around waiting for their orders. The three workers seemed to be only concerned with walk-in orders. They were extremely slow, and one girls kept wiping sweat from her forehead with her arm while making sandwiches. With at least 5 people in the line and another 5 waiting for mobile orders, the man thought it was a good time to walk out and refill his fountain drink and walk slo-mo back slurping on it. I finally realized that my 20+ minutes late order wasn’t even started yet, but they were making everyone’s sandwich who walked in, so I got in line. When it was my turn, I told the man I had a mobile order. He apologized and said they were behind, but my ticket was just sitting there with a few others being skipped over. It took 30 minutes to finally get my order. Very unorganized, slow, and confused.

My initial experience was less than average. Our sandwiches were put together poorly and almost no substance. So, I sent the company an email. Seems like online customers are taken advantage of because they can’t see their food before it’s wrapped up.
Update: I want to give a big shoutout to Jersey Mike’s for their awesome customer service. They reached out right away to make things right and are sending coupons to rectify the issue. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them says a lot—and Jersey Mike’s definitely showed they care about their customers. I really appreciate it and will absolutely be ordering again!

I had a to go order last night 10/23. I got there and it wasn’t quite ready, which was no big deal. The 3 people working all greeted me and told me it would be just a minute and it was. The food was great and everyone was very friendly and I appreciate that.

Very horrible. My first time going to Jersey mikes and will be the last. Bread is straight up horrible. The chicken had no flavor at all. I ordered a spicy sandwich and it tasted like nothing. If you like a place that’s bland with no flavor then this place is for you. Not to mention the price is expensive which I didn’t mind if it actually tasted better than subway. Firehouse and subway are both way better than this garbage.

Hopefully they get it together soon. Waited 45 minutes for my order after being lied to my face 3 separate times that they were making it. Finally just left and had the order canceled. Tiny shop with no space for anyone. Associate refunding me offered nothing to entice a return visit. Go to the one in zona Rosa, you can literally drive there and back in shorter time than it takes you to wait here for nothing. Watched them make tons of orders for others after I asked where my order was 3 separate times. I know it’s busy, but it’s not hard to think to make an order for the person waiting and asking repeatedly where the order is, instead of making orders for individuals who are not there. Common sense is lacking at this location.

I haven’t had this bad of an experience at a food place in a long time. I had a mobile order and I stood by the mobile pickup counter for my food. It wasn’t ready at the pickup time if 6:33pm. I look around and there’s about five people in line but it wasn’t too busy.
I wait and I wait and I wait some more. Ten minutes pass by without any acknowledgment from staff. During this ten minutes, I notice the cashier bag up an order and place it behind the counter, out of reach of me. But still nobody acknowledges me until a man slicing the meat comes over and asks who my order is for and I tell them the name. He tells me they’re working on the order and it will be out soon which was annoying but what could I do at that point.
I wait another ten minutes and still no food. And then, to my disbelief, they take the bag that was put behind the counter ten minutes before and stick a receipt on it and set it on the mobile pickup counter. I think obviously this isn’t mine because this has been sitting here and the man told me they were still working on my order. But I glance at the name and it’s my order.
So not only did I wait a total of twenty minutes over the expected time of my order, my food was sitting for close to twenty minutes, but I was also lied to, that they were working on my order when it was really getting gross on a bag on the counter.
I can give grace when a store is new to a point. But not acknowledging a customer for ten minutes and leaving me hanging for another ten minutes after being lied to is just inexcusable.
Not to mention the food was mid. Sloppy and poorly put together. Definitely tasted like it had been sitting (which it was). I’m still on edge because of how horrible this experience was, as I write this. I was also never given an apology for my wait, and never said anything to when I walked in or as I left.
Terrible experience, terrible customer service, mid food and management is questionable.

The sandwich I got was a roast beef and it was dry and did not have any taste. The bread was good but the meat was dryand tasteless. The meat slicer was so dirty
