Enjoyed their subs. Great subs but was recently charged for an order, the website had issues and didn’t send my order through. Good food if you get what you paid for…… I will be avoiding however due to I don’t have the funds to pay for a lunch that I may not receive. Reaching out corporate is a nightmare too.

If you eat Gluten Free this is the place to go. They have Gluten Free bread and cookies. Definitely get it Mike’s way! I eat here all the time and it is always great!

Very unprofessional and unbelievable!!’ We been going to this Jersey Mike’s a lot! Last night I went got 2 giant sandwiches, one of them had a long human hair!!! Called right the way, no one answer. Called again just now, the shift lead not even want to talk to us over the phone & let the team member the one talk to us! He said we can come for one free sandwich, how do you offer a free sandwich to a person the one already feels gross out and doesn’t even want to think about Jersey Mike’s at the moment?! And he told us, we have no option!!! Come for a one free sandwich soon and if we come a month later that offer won’t apply anymore! Ok so… as a customer do we even have choice? This is not a cheap sandwich. And is this even our fault or Jersey Mike’s fault to had long hair in the sandwich?! I believe everyone agree, we expect a clean good and sanitized food every time and everywhere we go!! Who will be happy to have long human hair in their sandwich and after that Jersey Mike’s not even sorry for that or try to be responsible for their mistake!!!

A great sub place, definitely better than the old subway experience. FYI though, this location is NOT offering the after 4 PM 5 dollar giant sub special. If you are used to other locations having it, be aware this one doesn’t. Very pleasant staff. Worth it if you haven’t tried it.

Great place but should put the customer before profit. Called and asked if they sold bread and they told me yes… arrived to buy said bread just hours later and they said no because they’d lose money! Well unfortunately you’ll lose money either way because you won’t get my business anymore now that I know the customer isn’t that important!

100% fat guy approved. A man of my stature has consumed a great deal of food and feel that I am somewhat of an expert. The sandwiches we got were delicious. My mouth is watering while writing this. The kids said the cookies were good as well. Not only was the food delicious, but plentiful. Normally I order large whatever but I got a regular and was quite satisfied.
The staff you could tell was new and young. However, it was so refreshing to get great customer service which is a rarity these days.
Great now I’m hungry thinking about it. Time for another trip to Jersey Mike’s! Thanks for opening a Wentzville location.

Always great service and the food is always fresh and hot and has never been incorrectly made. Staff is welcoming and friendly.

Love Jersey Mike’s! I’ve ordered from this location probably 50 times since they opened. Day shift always smiling and very polite and ready to service others. Night shift not so much as they usually forget to customize the sandwich ordered and not as polite as day shift. But over all my favorite sandwich shop! Love you guys!
