Since the first time I entered Jersey Mike’s in Danville, IL; I have been treated like a member of the family. Amanda, the manager, and Chelsea always treat me with kindness and friendly banter. On one occasion, Amanda asked and why I had a hat on and I told her I was waiting for my hair to grow back after chemo. We chatted and she said she was also a cancer survivor. Of course, we started talking about wigs and I mentioned that I had two but they wouldn’t style right. Months later, I was buying sandwiches again (my husband and I love the sandwiches and the small cookies) and she noticed I was acting sad. She asked and I told her I had just found out my cancer was back and started crying. She gave me the biggest hug and said she would help me any way she could. She even offered to fix my wigs so I could wear them when I lost my hair again. Yesterday she not only gave me back my repaired wigs, she brought me several of her own for me to use to give me some variety. This is kindness above and beyond anything I ever expected. I appreciate the wonderful atmosphere and the friendly treatment at this establishment and will continue to purchase my subs there.

The Danville Illinois location is great! The staff is amazing, they listen to your order and make sure you get what you want and they really care. The coupons are good not just a $1 off but ones like buy 1 get 1 free and 25% off your order. My husband and I eat here once or twice a week and I’m never disappointed. I even see how well they take care of other customers of all types from older farmers to Neurotypical individuals.

Loved this place, The service was amazing!! Fast Service, Clean Environment, Great Atmosphere!! The General Manager Amanda is the absolute best GM I can honestly say I had encountered in awhile. The foods alright but don’t expect to get your food in a timely manner. If you order online the time it gives you is always wrong add 30 mins they will even tell you that when you get there on time! This is my 4th time coming and I have always had to wait over 20 mins even with only 3 customers in the store. The layout with the rope line is less than ideal, if there is a line of people ordering then good luck getting your kid to the bathroom.
