Food is always fresh! Staff is always friendly, I will eat here over the other place any day (subway). Been here multiple times and I’ve never had an issue with customer service or wrong items or anything for that matter. People can say that prices are high but I think they are very comparable to other sandwich shops and I believe their product is a bit more quality than other in my opinion!

I have a always been a big fan of Mike’s but I would like to show some extra appreciation for the lady who I unfortunately forgot to ask your name. I went in today hoping to redeem my birthday sub but had issues with the app. She kindly explained how it works and offered me a free cookie. I ended up wanting to use my points for a mini as I am broke at the moment. I ordered the wrong sub and the points wouldn’t work for it. She didn’t hesitate to cover my bill. So Mr. Mike show some love for her! I will be back!

We had a tuna and roast beef sandwich. We had to buy a regular and get one free. It cost almost $13. The sandwiches weren’t any better than the tuna salad I make and roast beef tasted like any other roast beef that you would buy at a deli. Paying that kind of money, they should have been above and beyond any sandwich you can make at home. I seriously wish them the best, but too much money for me.

We waited until the madness calmed down before going to this location. I ordered two different wraps. They were perfectly made. The quality is as good as always. The service was fast and friendly. We have always loved Jersey Mike’s and are so happy we finally have one in Galesburg!!

The food is phenomenal. It is ridiculously good. It is expensive but worth every penny of the current prices. I have eaten there at least five times. I am vegetarian, yet I buy vegetarian subs for people who are not and they are astounded. The service is hit or miss depending on who you’re talking to. Ranging from five star service to one star service. I tip accordingly. Lenny’s is great and a value especially for vegetarian plus they don’t ask for a tip on carryout, subway is great and service is always predictable, Jimmy Johns is simple and pristine, fast, inexpensive, and they also don’t ask you to tip for carryout. Jersey Mike’s is my sub of choice, hands down.

I went in and place an order with the roasted chicken. I asked for it to be a salad, add cheese, pickle, salt oregano and yellow mustard. I got home and all I had was a hand full of lettuce and some roast chicken. I called and told the shift lead what happened . Her response was when shifts are up employees want to clock out and leave. I said I understand that, however if you are making an order for a customer they should get what they ordered especially when it cost 13.00 I was dismissed . I asked if a manager was in and I was told that if any complaints are made take down phone number and name.. I am very excited that Jersey Mikes came to town but I would hate for it to leave or not make it because of clocking out .. I will order again and hope that service will be better

Before dining at this establishment, be aware that it is staffed primarily by former employees of McAlister’s. If you’ve read even a fraction of the reviews from that restaurant, you’ll understand why this is concerning. Unfortunately, the same issues persist here—rude service, disorganization, and rushed food.
If you’re looking for a proper Jersey Mike’s experience, I’d recommend making the drive out of Galesburg to locations in Bloomington, Peoria, or even Davenport.
To be clear, the problem isn’t the business itself, but the staff. The entitled, cliquish attitude makes for a regretful dining experience. If this location hopes to succeed, major improvements in customer service are necessary.
On a positive note, the restaurant is at least clean, which is a small consolation.
