Went to order something at 7:40 and they were closed. They close at 8. I understand everyone wants to go home but if you close at 8 you shouldn’t start closing and cleaning till 8. Make that money until 8. He turned my family and i and an other family behind us. Money lost.

I ordered the chicken with the Chipotle sauce. The chicken was dry and had no flavor. I bought two ranch sauces and the use Ken’s, which I the worst ranch. The lady making my order did not speak English so couldn’t tell her anything. They barely put any Chipotle sauce on the sandwich and the fries were soggy. Overall the experience was a disappointment. Also, the tables that had been used were never cleaned the whole time I was eating.

I ordered the bacon 3 cheese, no where on the menu does it say it comes with lettuce and tomato but it did and when I questioned it he said that in another hand written sign in small print that it comes with lettuce and tomato…and it only had one cheese

The staff was super friendly, and the food practically flew out. Seriously, fast service. There wasn’t much seating, but the food was hot. This isn’t a cheap stop, in fact, quite pricey. Even by mall standards.

Came to the mall…got hungry, so decided to go grab something to eat….Charley’s! I ordered the Philly cheese Steak…regular (cheese, Mayo, lettuce tomato, onions, mushrooms and bellpeppers)…no complaints there! I ordered Cajun Fries…not too bad….I tasted like regular fries with slap yo mama seasoning! (I added malt Vinegar)! The atmosphere was loud…but due this location being in the mall! Overall experience…..not bad at all…would I come back….yes!
