We went there Friday evening September 5th. My husband and I go there quite often because we really like the food. They had music on soooooo loud you couldn’t even barely here the people working there asking for your order. We are older and do not like rap music but we can handle that if it isn’t blaring from the speakers. It made the visit very unpleasant. We would have sat outside but it was too cool. We probably won’t to back there. I don’t understand why restaurants think you want music so loud that you can’t have a conversation. Most people that go there to eat and have another person or persons there want to talk to each other. Even younger people that like that kind or music would not enjoy their visit. So will not be getting Jersey Mike’s there again. We might try the one on E. State but if it’s the same we won’t. We live over 1/2 hour away and like to eat there. It’s too bad that restaurant don’t remember that there are older people that eat out and most of them eat at the location.

I always love the cheese steaks and the big Kuhna is my go to everytime.
Tonight was no different, I went in to get a sandwich tonight and they had a sign on the door saying they sold out of bread. I normally got a wrap so I was ok with that. They greated me kindly and informed me about the bread, which in turn I told them I normally like wraps and was fine with it. They accommodated my requests for a special mayo and extra veggies. When the one tea for sweet tea was out Sam let me get a tea instead bottled. Parker also made my sandwich and didn’t forgot to put napkins which is sometimes what a lot of fast food does these days. These guys are great in general every time I’ve come in, fast and friendly service with great food. I prefer the warm sandwiches, but they got it all.
