Stopped at this Jersey Mikes on a long round trip from Minnesota to North Carolina and back. Had mostly eaten fast food for the trip. We were greeted by staff as we walked in, a very friendly employee took our order and made our philly sandwiches. Every staff member working was super polite and the sandwich was great. Highly recommend.

The last 2 times I ordered a giant sub the portions of meat and cheese have been significantly smaller. I called and the kid said they cant control it and have to abide by what the management says. Both times the manager has been m.i.a. to deal with the sandwich. I even ordered extra cheese and barely got what was previously standard.
Stay clear of this place. They charge premium but will skimp on portions. Stay clear of this jersey mikes. I cant say that it is every jersey mikes. I wish I can upload pictures on here….

I love when you get great customer service! I placed a last minute online catering order for for two boxes of sandwiches, chips and cookies and it gave me an estimated time of 12:00, but I really needed it earlier. I called the store and asked if I could pick it up 45 minutes sooner and they said yes. I walked in and 11:15 and they were just finishing up. Perfect! They even walked the order out to my car. I appreciate the friendliness and the great customer service.

Placed a delivery order. Not only was it almost 30 minutes late, 2 of the 5 sandwiches ordered were missing!! Wth. Luckily the delivery service refunded us.

Jersey Mike’s good as always. Nvr found a bad one anywhere in the country. Got the Italian extra meat. U get your money’s worth. Fresh meat and veggies. I nvr miss out when I’m near one.
