Reviews
never return after I just paid 10+ for this little small portion. I mean there’s no way someone would serve you this little portion. Unacceptable
This is a negative review because of RICARDO. I was told that he is the manager of the location. I usually visit this location in the evenings and the service is always polite and the sandwhiches are fresh and delicious. I have never been disappointed. On this day at 2:15 pm, Ricardo was working. I ordered two sandwiches, one was a king size, of turkey. The other sandwhich ordered was improperly prepared too. I have never seen anything like it (grilled-ball of mess). I don’t eat grilled sandwiches and I was unsure of what the meat was; so it was immediately thrown in the trash. On the turkey sandwich I receive four thin slices of turkey and a bunch of trimmings. I suspected that something was wrong when Ricardo, while slicing the meat, asked only me to move away, while two other customers were allowed to stand nearby. He was rude and impolite. His face looked as though he was annoyed by my presence. I discovered later that he didn’t want me to see the lack of turkey that he placed on the sandwich. The other employee paused and looked disapprovingly at the sandwhich, cocked his head and continued to add an abundance of trimmings. RIcardo took my order and also waited on me to close the order. Meanwhile, he handed me a very large bag. When I returned to my car, I felt that something was off, so I checked the large bag and only one sandwich was inside, but I was charged for two! I went back inside and Ricardo had his back towards me, talking with an employee working on the grill. She appeared to be annoyed. He looked surprise and guilty but appeared mostly angry that I had returned. Without me speaking nor him saying a word, he put an ill-prepared sandwhich in my bag that I did not order (grill sandwich). Later, I sent my male neighbor back to the store to order the same sandwich. He returned with a sandwich almost three times as large and packed with turkey. I took pictures and shared with my daughter, who discourage me from making a complaint. I did call and spoke to Ricardo to gather information to make a formal complaint, but he was smug and laughed about it, saying “surrre”, as though it would’nt matter. I found the receipt in my desk drawer and read some negative reviews about this location that were similar to mine, so I decided to write a review, as well.
