The sa dwiches wede better than expected. And huge. We really enjoyed our meal here. And the customer service was outstanding. The guys behind the counter male sure our order was just the way we wanted it. And i saw them bending over backwards to make other customers happy as well. Outstanding! As good as the local Italian deli. Not kidding.

I don’t do reviews often but the sandwiches were so good and the people working there were awesome I’m 62 and believe it or not this was my first Jersey Mikes experience the sandwiches were so fresh loaded with perfect amount of meat cheese lettuce tomatoes onions pickles vinegar and spices. The team of people that were working on Saturday afternoon February 28 were so meticulous when making the sandwiches like they really cared about the customer experience and enjoyed their job. Thank you Jersey Mike’s I’ll be back I only hope the employees at the other locations are as good as Bloomingdale IL.

The service in the store is usually nice and everyone is friendly but the last 4 online orders we’ve placed haven’t been ready on time. This last one there was nobody in the store and no reason for it to be late and they hadn’t even taken the order off the printer. It’s not even like 5 minutes late or just a few minutes. We end up sitting there waiting for 10-15 minutes waiting. I understand if it’s busy that it may take longer but nobody is working or in the store. Needs work.

I ordered ahead on my lunch break. Got there and watched them make sandwiches for everyone that walked in, clearing their line before they asked what my order was and started it. Why order ahead? What’s the point? Waste of time!

I have never made a review for any sorts before. The food was so good I had to let everyone know that this location made the best jersey mikes sandwich ive ever had in my life. My entire family that had a sandwich LOVED them with no complaints! This team is truly doing an amazing job! Every jersey mikes sandwich should taste this amazing!

My experience here was the worst. I’m also in the service industry so I try to give workers a little grace…but the service here is God awful. I came to pick up my order (just a sandwich and pre packed chips/drink) and it wasn’t ready. There were about 10 other people standing around also waiting for their orders. We started to block the entrance because there were so many of us. A worker told the cashier that if we were waiting for online to tell us it’s going to be a while. I asked to cancel my order and she looked for my sandwich, threw it on the counter without paper (picture included). I asked “Miss? Is that my sandwich???” and she said ” Yeah, you wanted a refund,” with a surly attitude. I asked “If it’s ready why would you not just give it to me???” and she again gave me attitude. I asked for a manager and the cashier started laughing. I asked again for a supervisor or manager and they told me to leave. I told them I was waiting for my receipt and they wouldn’t give it to me. I noticed this morning I was still charged so I guess I’m calling corporate today.

Went to order 3 sandwiches..was also trying to find a coupon on app..which of course expired today & use a gift card as well after the scan code..had 2 bags of chips..was not asked it i wanted drinks w them..thought it was understood as a combo..as there was the 2 guys making the sandwiches..so already pay..husband says..the drinks?..she said she asked if I wanted drinks..she did not..already was stating I had a coupon for chips & drink..so clearly rushed..didn’t go over the order…so it was properly correct before paying..so then my brother in law pays full price for 2 drinks..& I clearly paid full price for chips..never again..awful experience..she was too preoccupied with a previous big order ..we won’t be back

It’s the first time I try this place. I really liked it. Cold cuts are sliced in front of you. Everything looks fresh and taste great. The employee who took my order was a little inpatient and looked annoyed by my questions. Even though I mentioned it was my first time and I was order for 7 people. Regardless I really liked the subs and would definitely eat from here again.

Asked for a little extra mayo.. Seriously? The bread is soaked and theres globs of mayo spilling out. The chicks also have an attitude problem. Rolling their eyes, being super curt and sounding annoyed everytime I asked a question.
