Placed an order for 2 subs today at 8:07PM, one cold turkey & Prov, another for Famous Philly. Received only cold sub. Wife and I went to a pumpkin farm before attempting to enjoy the food when we realized there was only 1 sub in the bag when we got home after 9PM. Attempted to call the store, no answer. Very disappointed hunger was not satisfied that evening however the matter was forgiven when the manager reached out! mistakes happen, and i was happy to receive the meal at a later date! food is always awesome here

This location is very slow and will have you standing around way longer than you should be. They frequently get orders incorrect due to the language barrier of their employees. Would recommend avoiding this jersey mikes location.

Good food, fast/ polite staff, TERRIBLE VALUE! I know most people get more than a meat and cheese on a sandwich, as is their right, but I like a simple to the point sandwich. I always get a giant #6 DOUBLE MEAT. THATS RIGHT, THE SANDWICH IN THE PHOTOS IS DOUBLE MEAT. that also means double the price, as stated by the girl who made my sandwich. I paid $25 for a sandwich that if you remove the excess bread amounts to a medium Arby’s sandwich! I don’t know if the staff are being told to go easy on the meat and fill up on the lettuce or if it was just the worker who made mine but $25 for this is unacceptable. This is not the first time but the 3RD time this has happened to me. If this is what passes for a $25 sandwich then I will not be spending my money with jersey Mike’s anymore and will do my best to keep family and friends from throwing their money away as well. Hope others don’t have the same experience as me because honestly at this point subway is a better value than this.

Staff just had no idea what was going I was one of 3 costumes in the store and they had ordered before I walked in they asked me 3 times what I had ordered and then lost my sandwich some how had to make another so I waited like 25min and then they threw it in a bag didn’t ask if I wanted any lettuce or mayo or anything so I got no condiments on my sandwich staff could only whisper not speak loud enough to hear and didn’t seem like there was a brain cell between the 4 staff that couldn’t get anything right with my order was my fist time tying this place already don’t want to ever go back

I placed a catering order. 3 boxes of subs. It was ready on time and they made it all very easy. I was actually really impressed with the amount of meat and toppings they put on each sub. You would think maybe with so many subs they would skimp a bit but – no – those subs were stacked with meat and really really good. Would definitely cater from them again.

Over all the place was enjoyable, the food was good and the employees where patient with me since I clearly had no idea how the process work and I went here thinking it was a different sub joint. Lol the place seemed loud for having not customers in the store at the time I was in here. Probably because of the tile. However, the bathroom was clean!

Made an order by phone on a Saturday evening. My order was complete in the time given (25 minutes). Check out took around five minutes due to a few people being in front of me. Jersey Mike’s are larger subs than Subway, BUT the price is much higher. For ease of ordering (because the three Subways in my area did not offer buy 2 get a 3rd free) Jersey Mike’s is great. The price though is my issue.

Ordered online. There were 4 employees working. One didn’t help a single time from the back while another was clearly not very aware of the work to be done. The order was 2 sandwiches one was gluten free but still came out 30 minutes after the time expected. I got to watch 3 people with pick up times after me get their food first.
I have had some service issues like this before with this location. I’ve had better experiences with the one in Gurnee so would recommend that location to anyone that has a choice.
Edit: Sorry I forgot to share for 2 sandwiches from order to my food being ready was 45 minutes. I walked in the store at the original pick up times got ignored and then walked back up 10 minutes after pickup time. They hadn’t started my food

We has about 35 people go there after church today. We told them we were coming and they were ready for us! Great assembly line for our orders and getting them ready. Great food! I had my sandwich in a bowl and it was great, just like a salad.
